What a disappointment! First the picture was terrible. The constant interruptions to fix it. Then they ran that little banner saying that it will be aired "next time". Does that mean we have to wait until next week. or will it run at the re-broadcast time? I don't know when this rebroadcasts so I have to find it on an earlier thread. The KBS Today was interesting with the cooking and restaurant segments, the tv fan segment, the homeschooling segment and the renaissance fair. But good as it was, I wanted CAT!!!!!

I was so mad  what the heck happened to last nights episode? KBC needs to get their act together. So does anyone know if they will re-air Episode 14 next wednesday? They better not even thinking of just skipping over episode 14 and going to 15 |

I have no idea if Episode 13 will air next week on Wednesday or if it will air this afternoon for its re-run segment. I am also mad about the show being taken off the air and replaced with something else last night. Even if the picture was a bit messed up, I didn't care. As long as I could read the subtitles and know what was going on was good enough. I tuned in at 7:45 PM just when the opening credits were going on. I was so happy. Then at 8:02 PM, the show was gone and KBS Today was on. I hope for the next episodes of Attic Cat, there won't be any more canceling and also the picture and subtitle will be in good order.

If Episode 13 is to re-air this afternoon, tune in at 2 PM. But knowing KBC, try tuning in at like 1:50 PM b/c the show sometimes starts earlier. And it can also start later like at 2:12 PM. I hope Episode 13 will re-air this afternoon for its re-run segment. If it doesn't, that most likely means we'll have to wait for next week.

I'm with you, Lovely ... as long as I could read the subtitles that was ok.... last week we couldn't read the subtitles and they just kept it running.
KBS need an entire new crew of people who understand the concept of Customer Service.... I kept watching the TODAY segment thinking that just possibly our GATHERING video would be shown
... and that useless scrolled announcement... what a joke...'next time' and just what time would that be?

And may I ask, if they were having problems with the "Attic Cat" machine, what were they running the KBS World show on? Lucy, I have been wondering a similar thing for over a week now! If they know one machine is bad but, obviously, others are not, why don't they just use the good machine? I imagine that to have seamless moves from show to show to commercial, etc., they need at least two tape machines but even a 2-5 second lapse would be better (and more considerate of viewers who need subtitles). Perhaps there's some unknown variable neither of us is thinking of? |

Yes, Catalpa, the variable is, they re showing the subtitled dramas on the BAD machine and the commercials on the GOOD machine. I figured that out this morning.

So Did it play at the re-play time? I've been busy getting my girl ready to go to summer camp which starts Sunday,so I didn't have a chance to see if CAT aired. (For those who do, keep me in prayer. It's the first time my girl has gone to camp and she's going on her own without a buddy. She can't wait to go--it's Mom whose a little anxious.) If anyone caught it, could you tell me what went on? Everyone have a beautiful 4th of July!!!

Darn. I don't think Episode 14 aired for re-run time on Thursday afternoon. I checked up until 2:34 PM and it was a music concert instead of the re-run. Grrr! I think Episode 14 will just play on Wednesday at regular time...pushing episode 15 to Thursday at the usual time...pushing epi. 16 to next week. I hope it all works out. I'm so mad lately that Attic Cat has been either having messed up subtitles or messed up picture. :-( I'm so sad. I really wanted to see Episode 14. It looked so good...well the first 2-3 minutes of it before it got cut off and replaced with another show.

The weekend's "Who's My Love?" episodes were broadcast perfectly. I think they've fixed their technical problems. I'm in the camp that thinks that they will go to their usual schedule on Wednesday and pick up with the aborted Episode 14. Fingers crossed?  |
