I don't know who is worst, Kyung-Min for being obsessed with Hye-ran, even after she stood him up and lied to him, or Jung-eun for liking Kyung-Min so much and putting up with his crap. Yeah he can be nice sometimes but man that is to much drama. Really! I feel so bad for JE, I don't know if she's desperately lonely or just an idiot for dealing with him. When he sold his watch to buy her that outfit she should have kept it! Or return it for cash and go to Target, where her money would go further. He keeps stealing from her, why would she worry about his watch (even if it were from his Grandpa). And why did he buy her a satin dress for work? Boy, he should be so grateful he's found himself a sucker, instead of complaining about her all the time.

I felt so bad for Jung-eun, when Hye-ran told her, "why would a guy like Kyung-min be with you" Implying that the only reason he was with her was to sleep with her. I think Jung-eun has been put down alot, even by her mom. And she probably does think that she can't find anyone. Thats why she puts up w/Kyung-min. She's probably hoping that he will eventually fall for her.
Which I don't understand why Hye-ran would say something stupid like that. I think Jung-eun is very cute.

Which I don't understand why Hye-ran would say something stupid like that. And for someone who is supposedly Jung-eun's friend, she doesn't seem very friendly at all. Also, the extended arm-dragging reminded me of this post by mace windu: But anyway, I've always wondered: is it culturally rude in Korea to fight it once you are grabbed by the wrist? Sometimes it seems like the girl is pulled halfway across Seoul.

I also think she wants someone to love, and it makes her feel good to take care of him. Plus, she's a bossy little thing and probably enjoys ordering him around. Wasn't she funny with her schedule for him and all? She even made him snacks. Cute. What drives me crazy is how ungrateful he is. Didn't he ask her last night (ep 4), "why should I do what you say?" or something like that? The answer, obviously, is, "I'm working and have pledged to give you every penny I earn for the next 10 months so you won't get killed, and meanwhile you're fooling around and pissing away money we don't even have!" And by the way, aren't the three days the loan sharks gave him up now? If she is planning to turn over her earnings to them for him (doubtful in the first place that they'd accept such a deal), shouldn't she let THEM know about it? P.S. What is her status at school? Is she just attending classes w/o being enrolled?

Wasn't she funny with her schedule for him and all? Yes, very, although I was scratching my head until I saw that her clock had 24 hours on it. The third day was the day Kyung-min gave his oral presentation.

I missed the first two episodes, so i'm a little confused on who owes money to whom, i know KM owes money to the bad guys, but why is JE letting him stay with her, does she owe him money?, i thought it was him who owe her money.

He does indeed owe her money. She just likes stray cats. And she does seem to like him a bit in episode two and more as the episodes go along. I've posted more images from the first two episodes. Additionally, the episodes themselves are available at one of the other drama boards.

No, technically she owes him money. In the first episode, or maybe it was the second, he put down a huge amount for her down payment on the apartment. In Korea, renters have to pay a lot of security to the landlord up front--way more than we do. It's almost like a down payment on a condo. So anyway, he gave her the money even though she didn't ask for it; he was playing Mr Big Man to impress Hye-ryun.
He has stolen a bunch of money from her, too, but the reason he came to live with her in the first place was the loan sharks were after him, and he felt she owed it to him to give him shelter, since he gave her all that money. Now she's letting him stay there and paying off his debt for him.

That was horrible how he just pushed her, I felt so bad for her. It was so sad when she was telling the air, “Hey, I’m hurt too!” Her hand looked like it hurt too, they must have a good makeup artist. She didn’t even have enough money to buy antibiotic. I thought the same thing with that satin dress that he wanted to buy her for her first day of work; that was an evening dress, not a work dress. She could have bought many more cute work outfits at a less expensive store like Jenny said.
I’m an episode ahead because I’m watching both KBC and AZN broadcastings so I’m trying to remember what is and is not a spoiler.

But surely that down payment isn't as large as the amount he owes her (or will owe her) for the loan shark debt?

I think this whole Kyung-min-Jung-eun-Hye-ryun "love triangle" is at its end now. Hye-run is one manipulative evil girl. I thought Kyung-min learned his lesson when he saw Hye-ryun smooching Dong-goo that one time. But no, he still runs to her when she calls for him. When Kyung-min saw that little note (Hye-ryun's mom wrote that note and just put her daughter's name on it) with the present that Hye-ryun gave to him, it was like a wake-up call or rather a slap to the face. Kyung-min had better realize now that Hye-run is bad girl and not to waste his time on her again.

He wants to be in Hye-ryun's league so badly that he'll put up with anything.

I was happy to see Kyung-min not losing his senses (as usual) when he saw that Hye-ryun was calling him. Hahaha. In your face, Hye-ryun! But then like usual, Kyung-min falls for her tricks. I don't like how she always messes things up between Kyung-min and Jung-eun, especially this time. Things were going wonderful for those two.
