I kind of meant it as a joke, but he does seem a little asexual, more interested in books than women.

There was a similar issue with his (Choi Suk-koo's) character in YH. He seemed to pining for Mi-rung, but after she got married, all he did was play chess with her father, in spite of repeated urgings by both her parents to go out and find a girlfriend.

Mr. Noh is a chef and very creative. Many creative people are mistaken for being gay! Not that there's anything wrong with being gay, even though I've never seen a gay character in a Korean drama...has anyone? Hooray for Sun mi for finally telling KJ about the sham relationship and double yay for their very tender moments that seemed like a dream but really happened. It gives you that "ahhhhhhh" feeling. ;D Perhaps Mr. Noh will make a move next!

In One Million Roses, people thought that Hye-ran's land-lord might have been gay. I don't know if he was though. He was such a funny character though! I loved how he exercised in the morning time. He was so funny! As for Mr. Noh, I don't think he's gay.

It does seem like K-dramas have a lot of characters that one might call "neither sexuals". So often, a character will be thirty or older, and has never been interseted in dating or romance, because they've been "too busy."

Neither sexuals??? I like that! ;D It sure would be hard to tell if someone liked you or not. They can't give you the usual signals...the eye or a little extra touching on the arm or some hair tossing. Are you either a co-worker or a wife to be? Must be hard enjoying single life as we know it here!
