I think they just felt awkward that they both had come to visit his wife's remains, because they both remember how painful it was for her.

There was an episode when Jae-min and In-young were just sitting in a restaurant, having tea, discussing In-young's part of publishing Jae-min's book. Her crazy MIL came in, saw them there, and immediately assumed that they were having some kind of relationship.
It was purely professional, but In-young took a lot of flack from her crazy MIL. Even Ki-joon had questions about In-young, who is so devoted to him, being with Jae-min. Poor In-young was just trying to use the talents that she has.

It's possible because it's TV! ;D
And if they didn't keep bumping into each other, the show would stay mired in the doldrums like it was for so many weeks.

Yeah, maybe with all these eventful bumpings, IY will realize that she is starting to develop feelings for JM... See that life will be easier with him... At least, that's my wishful thinking.

Well, I kind of know one thing... The writer, thanks for that Soju, has indicated several times, though very subtly, that IY and JM can be a very good pair... I don't know how the writer plans on bringing them together, but it will happen... Otherwise, why is he even in the show?

In-young and Jae-min would make a good pair. Jae-min has his own business and In-young is a book designer (how convenient). They have a lot in common and get along well.

Bo well hate is a strong word but i wouldnt favor them...why? becuz IY is with ki-joon...until death do us part....come on...they have to go through there life stuggles....the life they've been handed.....its not right for jae-min to step in and take things that have been taken....its all not right...

Well, I don't think he's taking anything. A person can't help who they're attracted to, can they? Even with all my might... I can't forget Johnny Depp!!! LOL
