I think the way the drama is ending is with IY and KJ together again. Poor JM!!
Yes, does anyone know what the next drama will be about?

I watched the last ep the other night on VOD. Wasn't going to watch the whole thing, but I got a good video stream, so I figured "what the heck."
Mostly it seemed to be the typical wrap-up episode. Lack of subtitles meant most of it went right by me. The final scene is an extended embrace between In-young and Ki-joon at the Han river.
The only part I could readily understand was Mi-jung finding out she is pregnant. She gets all flustered, but the rest of the family is really happy.

I just wish this drama would end already. Too long and too repetitive. same oh! same oh! IY will never smile unless she's with KJ. Evil SM will never leave her alone until she's with her son, and our poor JM will have to continue his life without IY. No prob Bob, IY is such a loser, sorry so mean. She doesn't deserve JM. IY did smile a lot when she was with Him cham and Min jae . she really appeaared to be happy ... but everytime she seemed to be making a new start, KJ had to enter the picture and mess with her head about how everything was HER fault etc. and we all know how IY reacts to blame - she even blames herself for things that are truly beyond her control. She has 2 buttons - crying and I'm sorry I got the feeling that this show originally had a different ending ... because the ending they are showing looked so pieced together and phony - oh well - it is after all only a TV drama - not real life - but i still don't know how ANY woman in her right mind would leave LCH to go back to YSS .. but of course, that's just my opinion ... LCH [sigh] ;D

That's okay soapygrams we have enough love for LCH. ;D ;D ;D Besides, IY is way out of his league. She's more for KJ. They both deserve one another. Afterall, she could care less what JM felt, only how KJ felt? So que sera sera!!!!

That's wonderful that Mi-jung and In-chul are going to have a baby!

Here's a pretty detailed account of the final show from another board. I will resign myself to being disappointed with a lackluster ending. I'm glad about a few things (Sunmi, Mijung to name two), but disgusted they couldn't end it better between Inyoung, SM and Kijoon. Now the question is...should I bother watching it?! LOL AIGU! Thanks guys, I really did not know last night's episode was indeed the final episode...I tuned in tday and saw a new serial running and went searching for an answer.
Anyhow, the ending was ok. The final scenes were nice and I guess in a good way, inconclusive. Kind of like a reunion of how they got together in the first place. Mijung's pregnancy was funny but sort of weird, she seemed almost unhappy or something. I was ok with where they left Sun-Mi, I'd like to remember her as more of a sensible, voluntarily independent individual. Also a little heart-tugged by the scene between Jae-Min and Him-Chan...at least they have each other. Was glad Ok-Ja went to In-Young and finally talked to her in a mature and sensible manner...and of course, Ok-Jin, husband and kid are happy as always.
I actually started tuning in a few months ago. The episode was where In-Young was trying to find her work from Ok-Ja, but Ok-Ja comes and grabs her out of the office. I have been hooked since. Does anyone know if it will be re-run anytime soon? I would like to see the beginning.

I'm in Chicago and we are a week behind...So they did get back together? We're still in the part where KiJoon woke up from the coma.

I am going to assume that Ki-joon and In-young do get back together. Jae-min ends his relationship with In-young because he saw her crying outside of Ki-joon's hospital room. In-young was shocked when she found out that Jae-min didn't want to marry her anymore. I think a few months pass. Then In-young and Ki-joon meet again and they hug. The End.

It wasn't just that she was crying that he (Jae-min) ended their relationship. He took it as sign that In-young truly loves Ki-joon and that her heart belonged to Ki-joon. Jae-min didn't want to come in between Ki-joon and In-young especially when Jae-min knows that In-young doesn't love him.

Jae-min didn't want to come in between Ki-joon and In-young especially when Jae-min knows that In-young doesn't love him. I think the greatest sacrifice one person can give to the one he loves is to let her go knowing that it will bring sadness to him; but allowing the other one to find true happiness. Although I don't think IY deserves it for the way she treated JM, I think JM has the greater love of the three. Unconditional and compassionate love for IY. KJ and IY only had selfish love for each other, without the care of others being affected by it. They should have either stayed together and weather his evil mother out, or stayed alone by themselves. I don't feel too sorry for HJ, because she forced herself on KJ; but JM just waited in hopes that IY would eventually love him. But alas! that didn't happen. He was just a pawn in her sick behaviour. Sorry, too BAD; so SAD!

Do you think there was an element of self-preservation in JM's decision to cancel the wedding? I do, and also to prevent Him-chan from being hurt more if the marriage should break up down the road. It was a smart decision. JM was so grim, poor guy.

It was a smart decision. JM was so grim, poor guy. My thoughts exactly ginnycat5! To prevent any pain and hurt later on down the line, he had to stop it now. If not for himself, but for Him-chan also. I think the child had already attached himself to IY that breaking off the marriage was a good move. A better one, I think. JM would have an easier time getting over IY but Him-chan would have a more difficult time. Especially at 5 years old? ?
