Where is everyone supposedly getting these Birkin bags? Last I heard, there was a several-year waiting list for them for the ordinary folk, and, they claim, for the stars, too. That's just for the masses. Everybody knows that if you are filthy rich they do not make you wait for anything no matter what they claim. Oh oh and they probably jumped Old Rocker to the top of the list just so he could stop screaming.

So true! "YOU IDIOTS! WHAT DO YOU MEAN I HAVE TO WAIT THREE YEARS FOR THE BIRKIN BAG! WHY DON'T YOU GO BACK TO YOUR PEASANT VILLAGE AND DIE INSTEAD OF WASTING THE TIME OF IMPORTANT PEOPLE, YOU STUPID STUPID MORONS!! AIGU AIGU AIGU!" (Woof, woof, woof!).

"I'm not old, I'm just grumpy, so why'd you give me this unattractive lap blanket for which I will not thank you?" "It's not a lap blanket. It's a handy gag for after we are married, Mr Igottayell." " Married?" Bo

Bingo! And Ji-yeun got the small blanket instead of a big one like Go-eun's. Maybe quilty lady is finding she just doesn't have the time she used to for making tiny tiny stitches for hours on end.

So they are at the holding hands stage, eh? How cute. For being as meek as she is, she sure knows how to get her man. When she told him "Please do hold my hand" I was thinking to myself, that's it, he's hers.

Wonder how upset younger Grandma will be when it dawns on her that Cha and Kyungwa knew about the guy. Now it just seemed like Cha was butting in, but Grandma is pretty smart and she'll figure it out.

I haven't seen today's rebroadcast yet, but I think that a proposal is in Quilties near future. Like yesterday when Old Rocker was saying that he would go first and have to leave her behind. Oh and that thing about him not needing children. Although Quiltie is only 39 so if they hurry up they might still be able to have a baby. His nose was really red, I could tell, even though it was dark.

What kind of proposal was that?? "Did you want a childish proposal with me getting down on my knee?" Can't wait for Ji-yeun to take him in hand and give him lessons on how to please your wife. (Altho maybe she isn't supposed to teach an elder?)

I know. However, I think he did get a little lovey-dovey after he made that remark, he said something like, You've done something extraordinary, you've changed me. Grow old with me and then he held both her hands. I feel so happy for Quiltie.

Let the games begin ... Old Rocker meets Hana! It's hard to imagine liking this story even more... but I believe it's possible. Such good writing. OR is such an explosive character... And to imagine OR surrounded by 2 babies with the potential of [glow=red,2,300]4[/glow] ... ;D

Rocker is just an old bachelor who is a little peculiar because he's been alone for so long. Set in his ways, awkward, etc. He's putty in Quilties hands! Now how can she tell her Ma? And can anyone tell me why that Birkin bag is so cool? Uh, oh, my fashion ignorance is showing.

I like the way Cha treated the rocker when he sat down to have coffee with him. He knew what it was like to be in the hot seat with That family! ;D ;D ;D
Cha was funny when his MIL found out that the "yeller"was the man younger aunt was interested in. I think he said something like he was sick in his stomach and had to leave. His wife sure reined him in and wouldn't let him leave athe room. How he told her that perhaps she needed a drink to ease the upset! I'm sure that he felt that HE needed the drink at that point--the only male in a three way mom and daughter fight!
I like Cha alot better now. His character has developed personality.

Cha sat down for coffee with the Rocker? How did I miss this?? Which episode was it in? Thanks. That was Friday night, rebroadcast this morning. Quiltie told sister and Cha that he was coming to meet them NOW in the cafe, so they went down, and were very nice and gentle with him. Younger Grandma saw him outside the cafe yelling at his driver, so she already doesn't like him. Cha and sister have doubts, too. Now I have my fingers crossed that Tues. morning will have Sat.'s ep. because my Sat. tape had less than 10% of watchable content. Maybe it was the wind. (Why has Ch. 28 put a non-subtitled show in the morning in between MSMD and WML recently?? I don't have THAT much time in the morning.)

Too bad I missed that. I just realized why--I taped Friday's episode but came home early enough to watch the second half of it as it was being broadcast. Then I forgot to watch the first half and taped over it. D'oh! Anyway, Big Sis and Cha wouldn't have any doubts about Yellow Hair if they could see how gentle and loving he is being toward Quiltie lately. It's as if all of a sudden he's fallen deeply in love with her and isn't afraid to show it. They don't know that he doesn't yell anymore and that he is always saying kind things to her.
How cute was it that he told her the car really was hers, after all (since they're getting married) and that he hopes she will enjoy the heck out of the handbag he gave her? She has such a good disposition that nothing riles her, good or bad. She just smiles sweetly and appreciatively whether he is being rough or lovey-dovey.
