Quick (I might accidentally include scenes from 3 in here):
It's the day of the engagement ceremony for Yujin and Sanghyuk. Everyone's at the site except Yujin, who's late as usual. She gets her hair done and is on the way when she sees someone who looks like Joonsang. She tries to follow him around for a while, but loses him (I think) and then shows up at the ceremony building. Sanghyuk's mother, who already doesn't like her, takes one look at her and leaves. Then Yujin faints.
She wakes up at her house and talks to her friend (the girl who's living with her, I think). Then she goes to work and they talk about a company with a new boss (guess who) that they're working with, who's really tough. Yujin's supposed to make a presentation there the next day (I think).
Yujin's two friends (and Sanghyuk?) plan a surprise engagement ceremony for them at their old school in the radio room. They call Oh Cherin, who's recently moved back from France to join them. Cherin gets there last after everyone's already gathered and about to eat cake. She brings in her new boyfriend - who's the guy who looks like Joonsang, although his name is apparently Lee Something-or-other (Min ...something). Everyone is shocked, he leaves, Cherin comments on how he looks similar. (Later in the car with him Cherin lies and tells him it's because she's never introduced them to a boyfriend of hers before - I personally think her relationship with him is kind of sick because she's dating a guy that looks like her dead friend on whom she used to have a crush, but that's beside the point.)
Yujin goes to work the next day and has to make the presentation to their client company's president, so she goes into the office and waits for him and (gasp) it's Joonsang's doppleganger!
End of episode

Cherin displayed a jealous, spoiled, mean streak when she was still in school and couldn't get Joonsang to like her. It's almost like she latched on to the new guy in France probably only because he was the spitting image of Joonsang. She probably then brought him to the engagement party at school for sheer shock value. She also seems to have done it to deliberately hurt Yujin just to be as mean as she always was, hoping that the visual memories brought back by seeing the lookalike would rub salt in Yujin's wounds of mourning for Joonsang.

Exactly! She's the petty friend we all wish we never had. The one bright spot in that episode with her was when she was insulted for her over-the-top fashion sense.

And Cherin looks stranger with the passage of time. Her make-up was way overdone and her hair got too big! She seems to have a jealous nature, and I wouldn't put it past her to be vindictive if she thinks someone is doing wrong to her.

She's just as imature as she was in high school. I don't think new Joonsang likes her as much as she imagines he does. Like that bar scene were she wants to move in with him, once he buys a house of course, and he just blows her off.
Besides, with his friends comment (the guy who use to be a superviser on OMR) I got the vibe that he's been known to fool around w/other women.
Now she's always going to be nervous about Joonsang liking Yujin.
