One thing that I want to know- does anybody know how many ships YSS had in his fleet of Noryang? I don't remember ever hearing that specifically mentioned. - Forces of the Chosun Navy : 83 warships (panok ships) and 83 boats. - Forces of the Ming Navy : 63 vessels + 2 panok ships borrowed from the Chosun Navy. - Forces of the Japanese Navy : 500 vessels. They didn't mention a specific vessel number of the ally. Also no mention about the number of Japanese damage (wounded or dead soldiers, destroyed ships).

wow Admiral Yi had a lot less than I thought. I'm not saying I expected more; he built 70 ships in a very short period of time. I'm impressed he was able to destroy at least 200 of the Japanese's with a much smaller force. Didn't the Japanese have cannons or shouldn't they have had them? .....
It's terrible that Chosun was harassed again after Admiral Yi's death...what grief it must have caused him.

- Forces of the Japanese Navy : 500 vessels. A small mistake. The Japanese troops in 500 vessels were not navy. They were regular army soldiers under Shimazu Yoshihiro, Konishi's son-in-law (forgot his name) and another daimyo whose name I also and always forgot (It was not Wakisaka). When Shimazu's men were massacred at Noryang, Konishi was busy to take flight. The Chosun Navy's vessel numbers (1597-1598)July 1597 : 120-160 warships, 4-5 Turtle Ships, 110 boats Septepmber 1597 : 13 warships February 1598 : 42 warships July 1598 : 85 warships, 85 boats October-November 1598 : 83 warships*, 83 boats * 2 warships (panok ships) were given to Chen Lin and one of them was burnt in the Battle of Noryang. The commander of this destroyed ship was Deng Ji Long (Deung Ja Ryong) who was killed in the battle.

I just sent an e-mail to KBS asking if they would be shown in New York. I wonder if I will get a response? I'll keep everyone posted. Maybe if enough people write they will show it.

We're pretty much shut down, seeing as this is a programming choice among stations. In NY, we didn't even get the bonus eps. It was just THE END. After a whole year? Poop!
