So it was them fighting in episode 74? I did see a land battle while skipping through scenes. It sure looked good.

Kurushima MichiyukiOne of the Kurushima Brothers that were known for the pirate activites. The Kurushima family were a sect from the Murakami family branch. There were 3 branches: Noshima, Kurushima, and Innoshima. Kato Yoshiaki(1563-1631) Yoshiaki became known for his work in the the Battle of Shizugatake (1583), where he would be remembered as one of that struggle's 'Seven Spears'. He went on to become a naval commander for Toyotomi Hideyoshi and commanded ships in the Kyushu and Odawara Campaigns, He was involved in the bitter naval battles fought off the coast of southern Korea during the 1st and 2nd Korean Campaigns, many of which went in favor of the Korean navy. Was defeated by Yi Soon Shin in June 1592 along with Kuki. After the war, he joined Tokugawa in the battle of Sekigahara. Here's all the Japanese naval force in the invasion: Naval Forces Kuki: 1,500 men Todo: 2000 men Wakizaka: 1500 men Kato Yoshiaki: 1000 men Kurushima: 700 men Suga: 250 men Total naval force: 6,950 men

Hosokawa Tadaoki(1564 - 1645) Tadaoki served Oda Nobunaga at the age of 15. He married Akechi Mitsuhide daughter but when Akechi killed Oda, Tadaoki sent his wife back to her father. Fought in the Komaki Campaign (1583) and the Odawara Campaign (1590) with Hideyoshi. Sided with Togukawa during the Battle of Sekigahara and fought against Ishida Mitsunari. During the conflict, Ishida Mitsunari decided to take Tadaoki wife hostage to gain some leverage. To avoid capture, she demanded to be killed by her servants, since she was christian and suicide is considered a sin.

Lady Yodo(1567-1615) Lady Yodo is the neice of Oda Nobunaga and was born in 1567 by Azai Nagamasa and Oda Nobunaga sister,Lady O-ichi. In 1582, she married Shibata but Shibata estate was invaded by Hideyoshi. Shibata commited suicide while she and her sisters were taking hostaged. She gave birth to Hideyoshi first son,Tsurumatsu, but he died very young. In 1593, she gave birth to Hideyori and established herself as the number one lady in the house (Hideyoshi first wife had no babies). When Hideyoshi died, she plotted against the togukawa faction but killed herself and Hideyori when Togukawa took Osaka Castle.
