Hey guys! I am pleased to announce that we will be hosting a "50th Episode Party" for Yi Soon Shin. Totally FREE! Pizza and soft-drinks are free also! All I need help with is knowing the exact date that episode 50 will air in Chicago. We can meet early and watch the final episode of AOW if you want if anyone in Chicago has the tape. So, as soon as someone can figure the date of episode 50 I will post details here. I am guessing it willbe on Monday, April 25??? KDD....How nice of you. I did miss the AoW party you had. I heard it was a good time from Ken.
The episode that aired on Tues Mar. 31st was episode 43. So you are correct that Mon Apr. 25th will be episode 50.

....I heard it was a good time from Ken. I did hear that Ken gives everyone a good time, LOL. I think you guys are right about the date of Ep 50--Monday April 25 (Anzac Day for our Aussie & NZ friends). (Chigirl, Ep 43 aired on Tuesday March 29, not 31.) Umm, KDD, I'm reading on the other threads that ep. 50 is not so good (per Choko, Florel & skinz), and that the action does not pick up until 57 or so. Would you like to change forward? What do you think?

Well, I have already announced it, so we will go ahead with episode 50 on Monday, April 25. We'll have plenty of FREE pizza - really good stuff! At least one veggie-pizza (per request) and others, as well as plenty of soft-drinks. Bring your favorite chips if you want to snack. We'll meet at 6:30 pm and if anyone brings a video we can watch it until YSS starts. Persoanlly, I'd like to see the final episode of AOW unless you guys want a different one. Anyone have that Taped or DVD'ed?
We are open to having another party for other episodes, and especially episode 100.

oh MANNNN, I've got a very important commitment with a group of little kids that nite! What a wonderful plan and thanks so much KDD... how nice of you to plan this.
Perhaps if we meet again we could see about carpooling. I live in Oak Park and don't drive... so I would pay someone handsomely for a ride. I have a friend in Oak Park who doesn't drive either (she's a big YSS fan as well)

Hey Kathleen I live in Chicago not too far from the Chi/OP border around Austin / Oak Park Ave. I may be able to give you a ride next time if we both end up going.

Episode 50 is not as bad as the episodes of YSS's youth and it's better than Episode 49. It just belongs to a "slow episode".
Among episodes 50's, Ep. 54 was the worst.
Nice Episode 50 Party for Chicagoans !
