Does the actor who plays Kwon Jun also play Kim Chirae in Age of Warriors? I was just curious, and I can't exactly recall well enough. Thanks.

I don't know who Kim Chirae in AOW is, but Actor Park Chan-hwan played Jang-geum's father in The Great Jang-geum.

Thanks for posting Kwon Jun's (Park Chan-hwan's) picture, Choko. He has a kind face. (The Kim Chirae character I referred to came in toward the end of AOW. He was a brave, upstanding general, a true soldier, who befriended Jin-jae, and fought during the Khitan invasion)

PYSSfN posted this answer in a different thread:
"The actor that plays Kwon Jun or Yul did not play Kim Chirae in Age Of Warriors."
Okay, I don't know why you're doing this, "Powerless" but please answer people in the same thread they ask the question.

in the military pics thread 2, under shipbuilders, is jo su-chang portrayed by the same actor as yi ji-soon of AOW?

I think Eowyn is right unless there is another very similar looking actor, the pug nose being the distinctive characterisitc.
Forgive me if this has been pointed out before, but one of Yi Soon Shin's s subordinates, Song Hui-Rip, is portrayed by the actor who played Che-Won in AOW.

You're right. I must be needing my new glasses for this show. It's great to see him again. I didn't catch his Yi Ji-Soon quality until ep45, when he started getting teary. He spent half of AOW in tears, so it hit me then.

He spent half of AOW in tears, so it hit me then. They changed his beard and makeup to go with the new uniform so it is more obvious in ep 45. What if he betrays YSS to some crazy monks trying to restore Shilla?

AW, there could be spoilers there. How about this: "Hah! Your REAL father NEVER built ships. He got seasick just looking at the rubber ducky!" "M--M--MMMOORAH?"

Is it unusual for an actor to be TWO distinct characters in one show (i'm not counting the daughter-who-looks-like-mom)?
