okay, this character cracks me the hell up
i used to really despise him, especially in the beginning, but despite the fact that i find his sudden change of character completely unbelievable, i still get a kick out of watching his antics. i guess now that soon shin is no longer buddy buddy with chun soo, he has to be the voice of reason now.
and he does a very good job of playing the stereotypical uncouth korean man, accents and all.

It's so touching to watch how Mujik is so honest-to-goodness devoted to Chun-su. He really became attached to Chun-su through all their argumentative dealings with each other and now he looks after him.
I find this believable. It's like Mujik put away his underhanded scheming and, because he has seen certain things go on, has become more cautious and wiser. Although he may still be "uncouth" as VIB says, he sure does dress nicer and keep his hair tidier now.

Mujik is one of my favorites. He is very amusing guy. His dialect is hilarious.
