These are photos of Ha Ji Won posing for Maxim Korea. They're not recent photos but I thought I'd post them anyway. courtesy of: www.maximkorea.com

I am jealous of her straight, shiny hair. GRRR!

I'm not hating, but I think she could have taken some better pictures. She's very pretty so I'm surprised that these photos are the ones that made it on the magazine if that is the case. The one that knov1 has on his avatar is much better.
or maybe it's the too long bangs. I tried those out and all I got was a greasy forhead and a lot of irritation trying to get those things out of my eyes.

Wow, I didn't even know there was a Maxim in Korea. Now I'm wondering how many of my favorite female Korean celebrities have been featured.

I think her hair is awesome, especially in the 2nd and 3rd pictures. I actually had mine cut like that this spring but it grew out and the hairdresser (different one, same salon) didn't do it right the second time so all I got was way-too-long bangs.

it's called a flat iron and shine coating you'd have hair like that too if you had a stylist and a lot of money

Yes. But in my perfect world, I would have it naturally and would be the envy of all around because of my naturally gorgeously straight and shiny hair.

...in my perfect world, I would...be the envy of all around because of my naturally gorgeously straight and shiny hair. Yes, but if you DID have naturally straight hair, in a year or two when naturally CURLY hair comes back, your perfect world would crumble. Why doesn't our hair just take a hint when we do something to it, like curl it every day or straighten it, and just do that until we change our minds? I have the same disagreement with my legs. Why can't they figure out after all these years, I don't want that hair on them? Bo

Your hair fashion logic is maddening but true.
And on that note, why does the hair wear off men's legs after they wear pants/socks for years, but not women's legs?

I have never met a woman, that was satisfied with her hair. In my perfect world, my hair would look good all the time, and it would never be frizzy. ;D

[quote And on that note, why does the hair wear off men's legs after they wear pants/socks for years, but not women's legs? [/quote] LOL-- You know, I have often noticed that and wondered about it, but this is the first time I've ever known anyone to say it! It's a very good question!

And yet no one ever knows the answer. It's a conspiracy, I tell ya.
I saw an ad for a *home* permanent hair removal kit. I'm sorry, but anything with lasers and such I would not want to use myself. It's scary!

I wear jeans every day that it's cool enough, and my hair wears off except around my ankles, so no shaving til summer. I guess I wouldn't anyway, under jeans :-)
