Any news on whether we'll be getting a subtitled drama back on Wednesdays/Thursdays at 8 p.m. -- after the current story ends?
I'm experiencing withdrawal symptoms after several weeks with no Wed/Thurs evening drama.

I would imagine so. I have read that the reason that KTE and KBFD aren't subtitling Jang-geum is that it uses a lot of archaic Korean, which would be difficult to translate.
But Michael Has IS translating it, including giving the Botanical names of the herbs. Since he has also been doing the subs for the Wed/Thur shows on KBC, I suppose he didn't want to bite off more than he could chew.

Someone's doing subtitles on the Wed/Thurs show?

Yes, Micheal did the subs for 'Wife' and, I believe, 'Love Letter', 'Who's My Love', and 'Winter Love Song'. I think he's taking a break from the Wed/Thurs shows, so he can give us top-notch subs for 'Jang-geum', which I think is worth it.

I don't like 'Sang Doo let's go to school' but I don't understand why it's not subtitled either. It was subtitled in LA so KBC could've just gotten the tapes from them.

Maybe KBC has to pay more for KTE's subtiling than they pay Micheal. Boy, I hope not!!!! Michael's subs add so much, the station HAS to pay him what he's worth.
But, I DO wish that 'Pearl Necklace' was subtitled.

But, I DO wish that 'Pearl Necklace' was subtitled. I agree. Pearl Necklace is a very good drama. It's a shame that it's not subtitled and has (what I think is) such a bad timeslot.
