This drama looks awesome, wish it was subbed, I see DVDs of it available but not subbed, was wondering if anyone knows of a subbed version or anyone from a city where the show is subbed can reply with some station info so I can try obtaining tapes. Or is it hopeless, and I should uber study some Korean?

It's given subtitled in LA. I don't know about anywhere else though.

Well, the "station" is KXLA (channel 44) but they just host the evening Korean-language broadcasts. They are *not* a Korean-owned station, and they will broadcast almost anything if you pay them for the airtime (actually, most of KXLA's daytime broadcasting consists of ordinary infomercials). You're probably looking for KTE, a subsidiary of South Korea’s KBS. They were the ones who did the subtitles for dramas like “Sangdoo,” and “Age of Warriors.” Their address is: KTE - Korean Television Enterprises 625 South Kingsley Drive Los Angeles, CA 90005 Phone: (213) 382-6700 Fax: (213) 382-5793 Don't know if they sell tapes, though
