i dont know about abortion but i definantly get the feeling she's not ready to have a baby. i think she would be scared of what jin kook would do if she got one.

There was that one scene when Hee-soo was talking to Young-lan about how she wants to do business. But that she has to put it all on hold because of the baby. Hee-soo says that she was being very careful, but somehow she got pregant anyway. I don't think that Hee-soo will abort her baby, but I guess it's natural for her to feel so confused because it is her first baby.

I don't know how far Hee Soo is along with her pregnancy, but shouldn't she start "showing" pretty soon?

I'm guessing that Hee-soo is just a few weeks or maybe even a month pregnant. I also hope Hee-soo starts showing soon so that maybe ESM and DD will give her a break !

Wasn't she 7 weeks pregnant back in ep. 105 ( I think that was the episode). She should be at least 3-4 mos. pregnant by now. I feel so bad for her. She was already depressed about her homelife and now last night she's giving herself a pep talk convicing herself that she was happy.
Doe's anyone know if that was an apartment that Jin-kook had Mr. Lee looking at yesterday? They didn't go back into it.

That was my first thought. But then, why is he telling everyone he's never moving out of his dad's house? I still sort of think it's an apartment for him and Hee-soo, but it could also be a new office space, too. Still, Mr. Lee did say it was "one room," by which I thought he meant one bedroom.

I feel sorry for Hee-Soo because she's been doing the best she can all along. She seems so alone because no one seems to be involved in her pregnancy. Her in-laws don't give her any special attention as to her condition, but only request that she does more housework, serving and watching Jin-Soo while they're away enjoying themselves.
Hee-Soo has no one to discuss her innermost feelings with. Her husband is emotionally distant, her in-laws demanding. Her own mother has controlling issues while Young-lan, with eyes on her husband, plays "mind-games" with her. Her cousin, Jee-Hae, has adopted a baby.
Poor Hee-Soo, who has done so much to make others happy, has no one to cater to her. This just makes her MIL more cold and wretched for not catering to her. Hee-Soo saved their marriage, but her MIL doesn't welcome her with a meal, a warm bath or then attention that a pregnant woman needs. It's just like they feel that her pregnancy is in the way of making them happy.

Don't people in the Korean soaps often do stupid stuff like withhold information for the sake of creating a bigger surprise? I think that might be possible. Or, from what JK said yesterday about taking "vacations every weekend," I think he might be preparing an apartment for him and Hee-soo to go to on the weekends. That way he could still "live at home" and Hee-soo could get some time away in a home of her own. Or maybe it's a love-nest for Young-lan! BTW, I like your crack about the sandwich!

Don't knock sammiches. They are very good.
Anyway, I think that it's an apartment that will be their little "vacation" away from home every weekend. But I don't think that should cut it with Heesoo. Oh, he won't move out with her but he realized that life with his family is hell on earth? So he won't move out with her but will get her a vacation house to spend the weekends? So what she's supposed to live being denigrated and forced to do labor that she shouldn't have to do when she's pregnant the other 5-6 days of the week? (What is a "weekend" to them anyway - I know people only get Sundays off there so is that the whole weekend?) Stupid Jinkook and his stupid family.

I agree with you 100 percent hachiue, this is ridiculous, why should she put up with that evil bitch just because jin-kook feels he owes his dad for the bad treatment his real mom inflicted on him.

I wish it was a love-nest for young-lan this soap needs some spice and young-lan needs some affection. a weekend spot is nice but its a tease...taking hee-soo away for two days then back to the gates of hell to live for a whole week. thanks for the compliment Lucy....to me, a sandwich is always the perfect gift to say..."i love you" ;D

Since Hee-soo got pregnant, I felt so bad for her. It seems everytime that she gets the short end of the stick. For example, last night's episode she wanted to make something to eat and he's complaining to her that he didn't want dinner. They truly forget that they have a pregnant woman in the family. I think when they found out she was pregnant insisted on having a housekeeper to do the housework. Its realy sad when your spouse has to tell herself that I'll be a happy slave, something is just wrong. I wish they would wake up and realize how special she is.

I just hate this whole situation! For ages now, even after he supposedly fell in love with her, Jin-kook's attitude has been implicit in the way he says things to her. "I'm never moving out" is just the latest example. It's always "my way or the highway," except the highway is not really an option. Honestly, though, I wish she would just leave him, and not just to prove her point. I think she would be happier that way, even though she loves him.
The rationale that ESM has said she wants to make things up to him and that he wants to make things up to his father leaves his poor little pregnant wife out of the equation. All these reparations are being made at Hee-soo's cost. They should be ashamed of themselves. Good for Hee-soo for making a big deal out of the "I said, don't make dinner for me" thing, because it WAS a big deal. I can't believe she thinks a glass of milk cuts it as an apology. He should have gone into that kitchen and made her rice and some kimchi, if there was nothing else ready. At the very least, pot noodles, if he doesn't even know how to cook rice. P.S. I hope ESM ends up miserable.
