So Eric (that’s just so much easier to remember than his character’s name) was a twin, eh? I wonder how/why he feels responsible for his brother’s death? (No spoilers please, I’m just thinking out loud here.) He still annoys me and think his lines are the cheesiest I’ve read in a long time, but I guess it makes for good dramatic tension.
When Jieun was cleaning the house and preparing the food, did she know she was doing this for Se-hoon or did she only know that it was for the CEO of Seo-Lin Corporation? I got the impression that she did not know and found out the moment she saw the coat—and discovered by Se-hoon. I guess I’ll find out tomorrow.

I got the same impression - that she didn't know it was Se hoon's house until she saw the coat. She even might have half-expected to see Eric since she waited around for so long after she made dinner. I don't know though; maybe it's standard practice for helpers to stay (to get paid, to greet him so that he doesn't feel alone, etc.) until their clients get home.
I hate to say it, but I like Eric better than Will/See hoon (I think that's his Korean name). He's imperfect but at least he's chatty. Will's like an extremely boring rock who's marrying a woman out of pity but can't even force himself to do that right (or I assume that's how it's going to pan out).

I may be confused, but I think she already knows that it's Se-hoon (is that the spoiled guy?). Or is Se-hoon her ex-husband? I assumed that when she was doing all that, it was for the guy she had already been working for, because it looked to me that she was at the same house she'd gone to before.

Ji-eun probably thought that she was doing the work for her new client, William Kang! I think that since that was her first time that she was to meet her new client, she had to stick around to speak to him and maybe find out what his expectations were of her?

It is the same house *but* remember he said that it was going to be used for the new "suit" in their corporation?

It's her job to do what she's doing. Cook, wait for the client, do the shopping, etc. She's not doing anything out of the ordinary (was my impression).
I don't think she knew because I don't think she would have been that calm. She would have either refused the job or been reminiscing and teary eyed while taking care of the house.
The Phoenix was a flashback reminder, but when she saw the suit (wasn't it one they bought while together?), she was stunned and was trying to put things together (mentally) when SeHoon walked in.
At first I thought the house was for Eric... but I became suspicious when I saw the Phoenix. (Remember how *pained* SeHoon looked to see her being a waitress for that party?
Just my thoughts on the subject. :-) Melissa

Don't worry about it. Or here's another expression: Fugetaboutit! (ala Donnie Brasco)

I still wish Eric would shave! We are a "teensy" bit more tolerant of him after this weekend's episodes. However, the best thing about Eric is the theme music which accompanies many of his scenes. It's very nice!

Drat! Flowerlady, I also thought Eric was good ... until this weekend. Part of it was because of the way he treated his ex that showed up ... the other part was because I watched the preview for the next episode!
I don't know if previews are considered spoilers, so avert your eyes if you don't want to see it.

AAACCCKKK!! No, we didn't see that preview. So, Eric really is the sleazebucket we initially thought he was!! (And you're right, Will witnessed Eric throwing the previous girlfriend away like a piece of used kleenex!) I will say that the characters appear to be getting more interesting. I guess a good storyline must involve a few bad apples to add conflict and keep us tuning in! We definitely like the way Ji-Eun changed to adapt and carry on after her losses. She does often seem to stiffly walk in a zombie-like trance, though, swinging her large handbag down that darkened street. A definite contrast to the Ji-Eun we first saw driving barefoot in the red sportscar.

Definitely a new Ji-eun. The old one was bratty but at least she knew how to have fun and wasn't so suspicious of people ... though it might now be keeping her out of trouble with Eric.
She seems so slow now (though they're probably trying to show that she's cautious). Every time her character is supposed to say something I feel like it takes a good five minutes for her to get up the courage to speak. Several times other characters have asked her "why aren't you answering?" I think that she probably was going to answer but was just taking an eternity to get around to speaking.
I'm still pissed at that Will crap though. If he was still in love with her and was going to return to Korea to see her (he even bought the vacation house he said he would buy for her!) then why on earth would he propose to a woman out of pity? I suppose it's supposed to show that he's a good person, but (just like the father from My Precious Child) it really just shows that he's misguided, since by doing that he's hurting both himself and the woman that he claims to love, and he's hurting his fiancee by saying he'll marry her when he doesn't want to (and when/if he eventually breaks it off, he will needlessly hurt someone who wouldn't have been hurt in the first place had he not proposed).

I don't know if previews are considered spoilers, so avert your eyes if you don't want to see it. That was a spoiler. Bo has a NO spoiler policy for the Phoenix board.
