How's this sound, boss?
Master Duduel returns leading a legion of female Warriors. His staff of general officers would include Moobie, both Madames Yi, (Yi Ui-min's crazy widow would run the commissary), Soran and Lotus.
As this force approaches each town all the local women abandon their households to join, leaving their men to fend for themselves.
Amongst the upper class this has an especially devastating effect because the men have no one to starch their funny hats and gowns or help style their hair.
Mortified by their dishevelment, the men confine themselves to their residences while the women run rampant and seize power.
Moobie's son is placed on the throne (Duduel has convinced himself that HE is the Imperial Dragon!) and Moobie runs things anyway a la The Empress Dowager.
I'm still working on the big finish.

I'm still working on the big finish. the big finish: the women decide that to fend off the impending mongol threat, they need more money with which to pay their armies so they invent koryo female mud wrestling and charge a hefty sum to watch muby go head to head with madame yim. the scruffy men are left to sell peanuts at the shows. this venture is so successful that not only do the women have enough to defend themselves, but they invade mongolia and give genghis khan a run for his money (no pun intended) oh, and chung kyun and his descendents are the referees...

As I understand it, Genghis was so impressed with the mud wrestling that he put all the Woobongers in a league to face the Duduel group, who had mustered a large group of saps to fight the big battle with the other sad sacks who all wear those moving-truck blanket uniforms. Noticing, finally, that no one could tell whose army they were in, Duduel offered to coach Genghis. Unfortunately, the document from which tis was sourced was thereafter unintelligable.

then duduel duped genghis into thinking HE was the new imperial dragon of kaelim and succeeded in getting him killed too and the koryo women's mud wrestling empire spread its influence all over asia...

Thanks for bailing me out on the ending.
And because everything in a movie or tv program is taken to be true at face value, mudwrestling will be added to the long list of great cultural innovations for which we must thank our Asian brothers and sisters.

I stand corrected.
Forgive me, but I've led a very sheltered life and was not aware that there was also male mudwrestling.
I'm sure some other culture would gladly lay claim to its invention.
Just don't pin it on the Irish and we'll be okay.

oh that's just because when it first got started, male mud wrestling was just wrestling period.
throw some scantily clad chicks in the ring and bingo - it's like a whole new sport!
and it's okay...the irish can keep their rugby players bowling balling each others faces and keeping the local dentists employed

You'd have to look long and hard to find the intellectual dimension in Rugby.
