maybe that is one reason i luv the archfiend so much, i have a tendency to do that emotional and unreasonable thing as well, but with a little more self-control, i mean, i haven't axed anyone lately ;D
wifey 1 got a lot of respect for doing that for her son. don't know what it says about the son however to let his mother sacrifice herself like that.

i think it's a bind for the son as well
i mean it would kill his mother if his father killed him. so even though it hurts him to watch mommy's boat disappear on the horizon, she wanted him to be alive and that's why she took the rep. if she could tolerate his death, i don'tthink she would have done so. so i don't think he';s okay with it. but she made that sacrifice out of love, and though he keeps it, he knows he did her wrong, which is why he cries those earnest tears

this is true
but speaking as a second gen korean american, i also know that some parents would prefer their kids to live completely miserable lives if that is the only way they get what they wish (such as in choice of mates especially or jobs)

Hello there! I'm not defending what he did to the Archfiend (he did go a bit crazy o.O), but he swore loyalty to the cause, not the person. I was quite fond of the little monk, I liked the way his mind worked... I just messed up bad. Seven episodes are gone, Erased off my tape. ...And replaced with a show that wasn't even subtitled!
