 She's going to be in San Francisco??? Frankly, there aren't that many Koreans here in "the city by the bay." Oh really? I didn't know that though. All I know from the news reports is that Rina's fiance runs a successful business in San Jose and she is now staying with him in San Francisco. That's why I have a gut feeling that she will retire from the showbiz after getting married.  |

Coz now that her husband's bussiness is so successful...

Thanks for your kind words, m2yu. I'm not in despair at all. Rather, I felt incredibly happy and excited hearing that Rina has found someone she loves and someone who loves her so much that couldn't wait to propose to her in just four months! ;D
While I may seem to have worried a bit too much at this stage - which is absolutely normal for fans anyway - I do think that it makes perfect sense for Rina to become a full-time Mrs Bae in San Francisco. It simply sounds weird for her to pursue her career back home, leaving her husband on the other side of the Pacific. As many of you are aware, it's fairly common in Korean and Chinese cultures for the wife to give up her career to follow where her husband goes. So I will not be surprised at all if she decides to retire. The fact that she has been staying in the US since January also reinforces my gut feeling somewhat.
Whatever Rina's decision would be, she will be assured with my full support - although she will be desperately missed if she really decides to retire.

she's simply gogeous in her wedding gown.... i wish her all the best... but i hope that she will continue to take acting as a caree... she's so good at it... i've seen her as the gentle and royal lady hyegyong and the evil but pitiful geum young...
i'll miss her badly

More good news - I was told that she was pregnant for about 10 weeks when she got married - now her baby should be three months old. Congratulations to Rina and her husband Mr Bae - although the chance is slim that Rina would return to the show business pretty soon. And honestly, it doesn't make sense to me for Rina to return to Korea if her husband has been running a successful business in the US.  |

I think Rina has a cute smile Well... her popularity decreased after DJG and she doesn't have any plans in acting, i dont think... just living happily with her new family |
