Wife is not of my favorite dramas. The story has been drawn out much too long. The only character I enjoy in this story is Nae-Young although I think she should have sent Sanjin packing long ago. Minju gets on my nerves, she is totally a spoiled brat. I would have also sent mother and sister in law packing along with Sanjin. I don't have much sympathy for Hyunja and don't buy her I' sorry act. Eunpyo is adorable. This drama is an absolute downer which should have ended a while ago.

Although I like the characters and the general storyline, I agree that this show drags like a stone. I do want to find out who Sang-jin will end up with, but how much longer can we wait? Michael suggested a while back that maybe the target audience was older women; I suppose they migh like a show that has no excitement, but not me. I record the show and watch it in fast-forward sometimes, just to make it move along more.

Perhaps they could have added another secondary plot to fill the format. I can only imagine that they had a story that they had to fill out to meet a certain number of episodes.
Adding another plot would have taken the emphasis off of the main triangle, and would have lessened the effect of the drama, but still, if people are bored already?

I AGREE W/DREAMIE. i mean the show needed to have a sub plot line. that way, they would've kept us clued in even if the episodes were a drab.

Just a quick question: I read somewhere else that Ms Hong Ni-ra also participated in this drama. Would anyone please confirm this? If yes, I'd also like to know which character she played. Many thanks. P.S. I tried to figure it out myself on the official web site, but it has now been removed/deleted. Tough luck... Perhaps I came to know about Korean TV dramas too late...

Augustus, I don't know why I was looking at this board, but anyway, I saw your question. Try the koreanwiz.org site. It has information pages on every K-drama that has been shown in the US in the past few years. There's a link on the home page to an alphabetical listing of dramas.
