Im sorry. I just finished epi 11. I was a little lost on what all was going on. Ohmgosh I knew it was gonna happen, but when it did I was still terrified... the poor grandfather found out!! But that got him back out of his bed though! Wow! But that cooking scene was so funny, when Hong Do says how good he is at cooking and then he brings these gray-colored spaghetti pasta over to the table. Eeww, what was that?!...

Comment about your post--- NO spoilers So I went back and skimmed thru this episode just to see that pasta-- and it looked like plain old spagehtti, but when he sets it on the table the color was off......but really she seemed so impressed that he could boil water and make pasta?!??!? I felt so bad for the Grandfather when he found out about Hong Do---it's too bad because he probably will have a hard time forgiving her and she would make a great "grand" daughter-in-law-- since she was so sweet and patient with him, unlike in most k-dramas when the in-laws and usually out to get the DIL's..... Keep watching, keep posting.... (my daughter was home for the weekend and I was telling her about this drama and what was happening, especially in the later episodes and she seemed to really like the storyline)

*sigh* just finished episode 12, with a sad heart I might add. Can i just say: is it too much to ask for just once if I can watch a K drama when a girl and a guy just meet and fall in love WITHOUT ever having met before in the past when they were little and they were "first love"?? OMG, how many times do I have to come across this theme? I mean I don't know that Yi Suk and Hong Do liked each other when they were little but it seems to be going in that direction... This drama would be just so good if it weren't for that. I can't tell you how sick I am of that theme. I started watching "Shine or Go Crazy" and when that similar theme of "guy and girl having known each other when they were little" started developing I totally quit out. And fast! Same goes with "Hyde, Jekyll, and I." KILL that theme please!! Put it to bed already!!

I agree, but they had to have a way to tie everything/everyone together and this seems to be the easiest way to do this. It's like the "poor" girl always falling for the "rich" guy or the "rich" guy falling for the "poor" girl-- it just gives the writers more drama for the drama-- because you just know someone's family is not gonna be happy This storyline gets "better"-- it's almost like everyone needs to see a psychiatrist.....it's over kill in a way.... I think it was at this point that I almost gave up on this drama--it was getting old watching Hong Do go back and forth between the dr. and the detective-- but luckily the writers decided it was time to start adding more to the story. I hate to say this-- but I finished this , I had nothing else to watch and wasn't in the mood to do anything else but watch a k-drama and I really wanted to see how it ended--- but keep posting, I'll keep adding my two-cents worth and then we can decided what to watch next...

Sorry, we got back from Cape Cod yesterday.
Will start up on H2H again, though I'm very disappointed in the way the plot is twisting.
I've stopped watching Jing Bi Rok for now, just too violent for me. But I may go back to it. (Watched a Korean movie called "The Admiral: Roaring Currents" cuz Hubby wanted to watch it - very good tho it was dubbed, which I didn't like.)
I've started watching "One Sunny Day" starring my darling So Ji Sub. Not bad.

Just finished episode 13. It was pretty good. That Jang guy still bothers me to no end. "Use me" he says, to be rid of Yi Suk. In your dreams, buddy! Gad, he's so annoying!
I don't exactly understand what Hong Do did... I mean how did she "kill" Il Suk? Wasn't it all an accident? And she was what, like five, for crying out loud?? Ohmgosh, really??
Gotta go watch epi 14... that scream of Yi Suk was a little scary...

Watched epi 14 last night. Another good one. I totally agree with Yi Suk. None of what happened seem to me like it was the children's fault. Where were the adults when all this was happening?? And what he said about his mother being unhappy because she feels guilty sounds true too. And that grandfather constantly trying to cover up everything! Hello, not cool!
But then I got mad at Yi Suk for turning to drink because of all the problems. That sure isn't the solution either...
It was good though. Will watch epi 15 tonight, hopefully. Was pleasantly surprised to find it's only 16 episodes. For some reason I thought it went put to 20 or so.

When you finish this, if you are interested in a new drama, there is one on DramaFever called "Blood"-- not sure if the storyline will hold our attention, but Gu HYe Sun (one of your favorites) and Ji Jin Hee (one of my favorites) are both in it so it may be worth taking a look. The male lead Ahn Jee Hyun was in "My love from another Star" I am currently watching "Kimchi Family" but it is not really exciting, kinda of a typical drama......just watching while I wait for the next dvd of the drama I am watching on Netflix.

Birdy!!! I'm so sorry - I finished H2H a while back but just didn't get a chance to post. It was very good and I enjoyed it although I did complain about the too-often-used plot twist. Wow the parents - very screwed up there!...
I'll give "Blood" a try although I have my doubts about being able to watch it. I don't do well with hospital setting. But like you say I do love the lead girl. Although last two or three dramas of hers have been kinda bust...
I'm on episode 39 of "Dong Yi." Someone shoot me!! I love it and hate it, can't explain.
Watched a little of "Kimchi Family" a while back. Had to quit after a few episodes. I mean the cooking and the restaurant aspect of it were fun and interesting but the guy's story was so boring...
I'll try to watch the first episode of "Blood" tonight, if I can. If not, then tomorrow. If I find I can't watch it (i.e. don't wanna), do you wanna try "The Scholar that Walks the Night" or "Mask"?

I haven't even had the chance to start "Blood" yet, so I will watch whatever.... it is much more fun to watch when you get someone else's viewpoint. I was happy with the last few episodes of H2H, but the family was sooo messed up-- I could see the Grandpa wanting to hide the cause of the fire, but everyone was a bit crazy in their own way to the point that it was hard to even believe even though it was just a drama. The parents were especially crazy. I checked out the dramas you mentioned and both sound good-- I didn't think you would watch a drama with a vampire in it-- but it wouldn't be the first time I was wrong! Let me know when you are ready.......

I didn't think you would watch a drama with a vampire in it-- but it wouldn't be the first time I was wrong! Yeah? Then why did you suggest "Blood," silly?? It has vampires in it too! Well, I watched a little bit of it and I don't think so... too weird... if you're sure you don't mind, can we do something else? How 'bout if you get to choose between " The Scholar" and "Mask"?...

Hey, I suggested "Blood" because of who was in it-- not because of the subject matter! Looks like I will be spending another day crashing on the couch-- got the worse cold, so if I think I can keep my eyes open I will watch "The Scholar" and "Mask" and make a decision.....

Oh i know the actors were the reason for you to want to watch "Blood" but I assumed you knew the subject matter too...
Aww, I'm so sorry to hear about your cold. Hope someone's pampering you and making you home-made chicken soup. Feel better, and no hurry on the decision, whichever is good with me unless "The Scholar" turns out too creepy... I'm still working my way through "Dong Yi."
