I'm new to all this, I started watching this drama at episode 50. I missed some of the first episodes and some between 50 and 153 here in philly. I love this show and I want to watch the new drama if one is coming on after this. I have been researching the korean drams and can not find any on dvd!!! I have heard about "to be with you", "Who's my love", ...I want to find some with some of the same cast from this drama. Does anyone know how to get these dramas on dvd, or any of the past dramas on dvd that are also subtitled. Here in Philly I have only seen this one on tv and it is on at midnight so at times it is so hard to stay up to see. I don't even know what other channels I could find here that may show other dramas that might be as good as this. If anyone could give me some information it would be a great help to me. I Love The Yellow Handkerchief!!! ;D

Welcome! I don't know what drama will come after YH in Philly, but it's likely to be "One Million Roses". That's the new show in L. A., which is where KTE, who do a lot of subtitling, are located. I don't know how WYBE selects its shows, though. Maybe one of the other legion of Philly-area fans would know. There is going to be a YH party in the Philly area on Nov. 23. Betz posted something about it here a while back: deiner.proboards18.com/index.cgi?board=generalmsgs&action=display&thread=1064561651There are a few places to get DVDs of Korean dramas and music. Korean Wiz ( www.koreanwiz.org/ ) recently started an arrangement where, if you go to these vendors via the links there, they will contribute to Wiz's site. If you're not familliar with it, the Wiz is a wonderful resource for Daruma. Also, check out the Yahoo Daruma group, groups.yahoo.com/group/Korean_Dramas/ , which is based in Philly, with fans from all over. A couple of other goups are: com1.akheva.com/bcjkdramasincalifornia www.kbfd.com/engThe KBFD (Hawaii) site has a reputation for lots of spoilers, although I hear it's gotten better. I've had trouble accessing their site lately, though.

hi hi... another site for you to visit for other korean series is this site: www.coolwin-video.com/index.html . this is a pretty cool site cuz it has some of the old series. i bought "AAE" from there and the service is quite fast. not too sure if this is what you're looking for but hope so. this site has korean and subtitle as well. the base is in Malaysia and there's a branch in CA. the subtitling is translated by the oversea fans so it's not quite grammatically correct but still understandable .

Jenny -
A VCD is a Video Compact Disc, which is a format popular in SE Asia and Hong Kong. It will usually have a movie on several discs, due to the short time available on each disc. You'd have to check the manual for your DVD player to see if they are compatible.

... please reply an episode guide of love letter... i LOVE it SOOOO much ;D Love Letter? Don't you think you might get a better result by posting your request in the "Love Letter" forum, rather than this "Yellow Handkerchief" forum? (and please don't take offence, Guest-darling88! We all welcome you to the boards)!
