Is anyone else watching channel WOCK? It comes on 13.2 or 50.3, depending how you view. It's a Spanish channel, but is currently airing "Secret Garden" with English subtitles as well as with Spanish voice dubbing. There is a promo for an upcoming Kdrama which appears to be called "My Husband's Wife," or, "My Husband's Woman." I don't speak or read Spanish, but I can figure out some basic words.
It would be nice to hear from anyone else who's watching this channel.

Hey, pip--good to hear from you again. 13.2, I think everybody else knows that one as still KBC, running Arirang and their own newscast and the non-Korean ethnic stuff on Sundays. But 50.3, funny you should mention that because I happened to stumble onto a different K-drama on the same station, running with Spanish subtitles. I think it was called "Hundred Years' Inheritance."
I remember reading an interview somewhere online--a Korean broadcast executive talking about making K-dramas available to Spanish-language stations and how they had many similarities to the telenovelas that are so popular in those countries. So you'll probably spot more of them in the future if you keep looking.
But I hope you've found 24.5 and 24.7 by now. We're back in business with lots of English-subtitled stuff so you don't have to struggle with Spanish to watch K-dramas any more.

Thank you for your very kind reply, AJK. Actually, WOCK has English subtitles, so I don't struggle with Spanish. I know I won't always be so lucky with that, though.
I live outside the Chicago area, and can't get 24.5 or 24.7. I rescanned the TV recently, so I'm sure of this. I used to get MHZ, but no longer. I have broadcast TV, not cable or satellite.
Again, thank you for your reply. It was interesting to read what you wrote. I can see how the telenovelas and Kdramas have similarities. It's culturally interesting to watch a Korean show with Spanish voice dubbing and English subtitles!

After viewing this thread, I decided to do some research on this. I'm Hispanic and fluent (enough) in Spanish. It seems MundoFOX 50.3 airs K-Dramas at 12pm CT from Monday to Friday. They're currently airing Secret Garden (El Jardin Secreto) in that time slot. Prior to SG, they aired Shining Inheritance/Brilliant Legacy and Stairway to Heaven. The only negative I see is that the dramas are given daily (Monday to Friday) but there are no repeats. Meaning, if you missed an episode, you're out of luck. Your only hope is that the series being aired is available online. You could then watch the episode you missed before MundoFOX 50.3 airs the next one. official site: www.mundofox.comofficial YT channel: www.youtube.com/canalmundofoxIs anyone else watching channel WOCK? Yes, once SG ends it'll be replaced by My Husband's Woman. We watched that here via DramaFever. Look for it at 12pm CT like I stated above. But 50.3, funny you should mention that because I happened to stumble onto a different K-drama on the same station, running with Spanish subtitles. I think it was called "Hundred Years' Inheritance." The series you came across was Sorpresas Del Destino (Shining Inheritance/Brilliant Legacy). "Hundred Years Inheritance" is another series.

Thank you for all your information, Knov1! It was so good of you to look up the channel and translate. I really appreciate the schedule, too. I had no idea there had been previous K-dramas on this channel. It was owing to an illness which kept me in bed and clicking around the TV dial that I happened upon "Secret Garden" at all. I think I caught it on its first day. Thank you also for the links. Those will help a lot, especially when the inevitable happens and there are no English subtitles.

No problem. If K-Dramas are a regular part of their lineup, it's good information to pass along. Not sure if it's just coincidence but all the K-Dramas MundoFox 50.3 has aired so far are from SBS. Perhaps they have a deal with them. Below is a link to the MundoFox 50.3 schedule. It's on ET. That's why El Jardin Secreto (Secret Garden) is listed as airing at 1pm. It's on at 12pm for us in Chicago. MundoFOX schedule: www.mundofox.com/horarios

Mundo Fox is on in Philly too. Looks like one way to tell which dramas are Korean is to click on each title to see the drama pictures. Too bad I'm at work during the broadcast time.

Can anyone tell me how to learn what is coming after "My Man's Woman?" I'm not watching this show, so I don't know what previews may have been shown. Thank you.

You could try checking their YT channel regularly. That's how I found out about My Husband's Woman. I'm guessing they start running promos for upcoming shows when a series is in its final episodes. I don't watch MundoFOX 50.3 so I'm not sure what episode My Husband's Woman is on.

I see on titantv.com/ that the new K-drama on WOCK begins 19.September. The title is "Travesuras de Amor," which seems to mean "Antics of Love." Does anyone recognize this show? I don't find it on dramafever.com, so I assume it goes by a different name. Thank you.

If you're talking about 13.1, pip...the English-language title for that series is "My Girl." I did some snooping around and found it; it's an SBS show from 2005-2006. Here's the AsianWiki page for it: asianwiki.com/My_Girl
