They should change the title of this drama to Goddess of Affairs (or My Wife's Lover). It revolves around 4 women but this post is about Nam Sang Mi's character, Ji Hye.
Song Ji Hye (Nam Sang Mi) is a writer for a radio program. She's dating Kang Tae Wook (Kim Ji Hoon), a prosecutor from a wealthy family. She meets Kim Hyun Woo (Lee Sang Woo), vice president of a construction company, and they have a thing on the side. Tae Wook finds out about Ji Hye and Hyun Woo but still wants to marry her. Ji Hye is forced to choose between the two men. She chooses to marry Tae Wook. Ji Hye's miserable in her marriage. It doesn't help that Ji Hye and Hyun Woo haven't forgotten each other. A year passes by. Ji Hye and Hyun Woo are reunited. That's the first 18 episodes so far. I expect the cheating to commence in the next episode.

(from eps 19 & 20) Ji Hye lies to Hyun Woo and tells him she's a happily married woman. Tae Wook wants to go to New York to further his studies. His mom wants Ji Hye to stay behind. That makes no sense. Why would Tae Wook leave his wife behind? It's not like he can't afford for Ji Hye to go with him. Hyun Woo is engaged to Se Kyung. Both his mom and her mom realize that Hyun Woo doesn't love Se Kyung. She's just conveniently available and into him. Hyun Woo runs into Ji Hye while she's drinking her sorrows away. Ji Hye comes clean about how miserable her married life is. She tells Hyun Woo not to make the same mistake(s) she did. No cheating yet. Tae Wook can hold off on calling Cheaters for another week.

You're quite a few episodes ahead of me on this show (I'm only up to episode #12) but I have to agree that the alternative title "Goddess of Affairs" seems all too appropriate.
I just had to give this one a shot because of Lee Tae-ran (my old sweetheart, from the "Yellow Handkerchief" days) but she seems to be a rather minor character here, hardly appearing for more than five or ten minutes in every one-hour episode. The main storyline isn't appealing to me at all, and the comic relief storyline about the cheating husband (I should specify: the cheating news broadcaster husband - after all, practically everyone is cheating on someone in this show) isn't working too well for me either, even though the wife is a sweet, sympathetic character, and Cynthia (the "other woman") is a luscious babe indeed.
I'm still hanging in there on this one, but (unless something changes quickly) my hopes for this being a great drama series have been pretty much dashed.

I'm watching it on Viki. They make episodes available the same day they air in Korea. Fansubbers then take about 24 to 48h to sub the episode.
Ep 12? Tae Wook and Ji Hye recently got married. She's already showing signs of being unhappy. Se Kyung just came into the picture. She's throwing herself at Hyun Woo every chance she gets.
Can't comment on the other couples because I skip all their parts. I only watch the stuff that revolves around Ji Hye, Tae Wook and Hyun Woo.

Eps 21 & 22
It doesn't look like Ji Hye and Tae Wook are going overseas after all. Ji Hye begins to secretly work again. I can understand why others thinks Hyun Woo hit the jackpot with Se Kyung. She's an only daughter from a wealthy family. There's no one else to split the inheritance with. As her husband, he would be groomed to take over the company. That's much different from Ji Hye's situation. Tae Wook has an older brother and his family is seriously messed up. The leaked photos of Hye Jung is the latest trouble for them. Tae Wook and Ji Hye rarely seem to be on good terms. I wonder if Tae Wook has been keeping tabs on Ji Hye and knows she's in contact with Hyun Woo again.

from eps 23 & 24. Ji Hye is berated by her MIL for letting a friend stay over and secretly working again. Ji Hye asks Tae Wook for a divorce. He refuses to listen. Hyun Woo's mom likes Se Kyung but doesn't understand why Hyun Woo wants to marry into her family. Se Kyung's mom isn't much better than Ji Hye's MIL. His response is, Se Kyung is nice and pretty. Hyun Woo and Se Kyung get officially engaged. Se Kyung finds a photo of Hyun Woo and Ji Hye inside one of his books. That's bound to cause trouble. A sick Ji Hye faints in the kitchen. If she's pregnant, I guess we can forget about an affair. Hye Jung wants a divorce too. Jo Sung Mo - Someday (original) Jo Sung Mo - Someday (ballad version)

from eps 25 & 26
Ji Hye is hospitalized. She's not pregnant. Just fatigued and stressed out. She goes to her sister's house to rest. The photo with Ji Hye gets Hyun Woo in trouble. His future MIL is ready to call off his engagement with Se Kyung. She doesn't believe Hyun Woo loves Se Kyung or ever will. Tae Wook finds the texts between Ji Hye and Hyun Woo on her phone. He calls Hyun Woo and arranges a meeting with him. That's not going to end well. Hye Jung publicly files for divorce and moves out with her 2 daughters. Her husband and FIL threaten to make her life miserable if she goes through with it.

from eps 27 & 28 Hyun Woo assures Tae Wook he has nothing to worry about. Nothing has happened between them since Ji Hye got married and Hyun Woo only contacted her out of concern. Tae Wook wants Ji Hye to come home. His mom's behavior doesn't make her want to go back. Hyun Woo, Ji Hye and Tae Wook run into each other at Se Kyung's shop. Ji Hye learns that Se Kyung is Hyun Woo's fiancee. Tae Wook isn't happy about the meeting and demands that Ji Hye come back home immediately. I don't get all the pining here. Ji Hye chose Tae Wook. Hyun Woo should move on. It doesn't have to be with Se Kyung but with someone that's not Ji Hye or married. Ji Hye is unhappy and Tae Wook is difficult but that's for them to figure out. Hye Jung wants to be made the Shin Young Group vice president or she'll divorce Tae Jin.

eps 29 & 30
Ji Hye wants to get a divorce. Ji Hye's father begs her to give Tae Wook another chance. She reluctantly goes back home with Tae Wook. Hye Jung's FIL offers her the position of Vice President of Shin Young Group. She doesn't trust him but returns home anyway. Ji Hye is surprised to see her there. Hyun Woo is arrested for embezzlement in the Shin Young case. I don't believe he did anything wrong. I think it was the guy he worked with that did the embezzling.
I read that this drama was extended to 36 episodes. It was originally supposed to be 32 episodes.

eps 31 & 32
Hyun Woo is in jail. Tae Wook apologizes to Hyun Woo for getting caught up in his brother's mess. Does nothing to help Hyun Woo despite knowing he did nothing wrong. Ji Hye starts popping pills to help her sleep. Tae Wook finds the open pill bottles. Fearing that she might have taken too many, he tries to wake Ji Hye up. Hye Jung begs Tae Jin to come back home. Only 4 more eps to go.

eps 33 & 34
Ji Hye is rushed to the hospital and treated for an overdose. A reporter snaps of photos of Ji Hye at the hospital and her overdose becomes front page news. She goes back home but still has trouble sleeping. Tae Wook wants to take Ji Hye overseas but his parents are having none of it. Much to Ji Hye's surprise, Tae Wook asks for a divorce. I guess he feels she would be better without him and having to deal with the in-laws. If Hye Jung & Tae Jin and Eun Hee & Seung Soo are going to reconcile, my guess is Tae Wook and Ji Hye are going to stay together. Hyun Woo is still in jail. He asks Se Kyung to stop visiting him, hinting that he wants to break up. No idea what's going to happen there. Only 2 more episodes left.
