Its also probably the original print instead of a remastered version sadly and even blowing it up to full screen does not help much .

Tears of the Dragon (unsubbed, alas) is now available on Dramacool. The video quality is much better than on Youtube. I've started watching it again. At 159 episodes, this is going to be a long-term commitment.

You can also find King And Queen (better quality, and ....same musical score as TOD ) on you tube and dramacool . West Palace also but i must admit for Lee Young Ae fans only. Mugwump if you are going to watch a sageuk with no subs give Jang Gil San a shot, its shorter, faster paced and well worth a shot.
