starting Fri, 5/09, AMC's only foreign film is "Kochadaiiyaan," a Tamil 3D computer-animated film. I don't know if this means AMC is switching to an Indian market -- or just filling a void during Korean-film absences. We'll see.

ginnycat5, I guess you can put your feet up for awhile. No Korean movies are on this Friday's movie schedule either. Remember last year at this time, none were being shown and then, whoosh, when my back was turned they threw in a blockbuster and we missed it. So I'm keeping my eyes pealed.

Again, no Korean movies due this weekend. Looks like what we can count on is Chuseok in September <sigh>. I’m out of this Board for good so I’m providing the reliable Fandango website here. (Fuggitabout AMC’s website which over the last few months has been untrustworthy.) AMC-Niles Fandango: www.fandango.com/amcshowplaceniles12_aauci/theaterpage Enjoy summer, at long last.

I so wanted to go see this, but my son is playing in the marching band at the football game this Friday, so family first, drooling over Big Bang (TOP is actually topeless in this movies, which is an amazing feat if you know anything about TOP!)comes second -- will keep an eye out just in case a miracle happens and they add more showtimes...otherwise I will just have to wait until it comes to Netflix.......

Just in case anyone is interested (yeah, I know I am the only one interested ) but TOP's movie Tazza- The Hidden Card was still playing at the theater in Niles, so I took some time to go see it and I liked it much better than his last movie. The story line was good, thought all the actors did a good job, ect. The plot was good in that it didn't just revolve around the card playing, it showed a lot of the characters lives/backgrounds to make a well-rounded movie. I liked this movie better for TOP because it allowed him to show more emotion than his last movie. On the BigBang website I go to, many people were excited to see that TOP was actually "top-less" in this movie (amazing feat for someone who I don't think even wears short sleeves) but personally I thought he looked better dressed because he wore some amazing suits. Clothes really make that man- IMHO TOP being "top-less" was a part of the storyline and not done just for kicks-- he even said he agreed to do it because it was a part of the storyline. There was not as much blood as his last movie, but there was still some pretty big pools of blood from someone when they got stabbed......just seemed strange, almost like an over emphasis on the wound. Overall, I thought a good movie, and of course TOP on the big screen.....big smiles for me!
