Flames of Desire here, too. WIN's schedule allows for delayed airtimes but I've yet to get the hang of when the dramas are running. Whenever I'm home I keep the tv going and check 24.5 to see what's on. FOD seems to run late as night, too, but I haven't had reception long enough to feel confident of what's what.
Using the out-of-date tv schedule, I've thought of setting my DVR for a 2-hr period hoping to snag a complete episode of, basically, any drama. But haven't done it yet.

Update 3/18/13: As ABC-7 instructed, I rescanned today. Now have 55 OTA stations (25.xx and 61.xx are newest). My baseline was about 35 OTA; 2 wks ago, it jumped to 44 and I started getting the 24.xx stations: net = 20 OTA channels in 2-wk span.

I rescanned today. My 24.5 signal seems to have improved a bit.

25? Never heard of that one. Apparently a very low-power one in the city. Sometimes the weather conditions when you rescan will affect what does or doesn't get detected. (I got the 61.x's when I rescanned last time, but the signal hasn't been strong enough to watch it even once since then.) So it doesn't hurt to redo it every so often if something seems to be missing.

I've only had 24.xx for 1-1/2 wks now. Came home very late Sat night as the previous weekend & found I'd lost signal to 24.xx, the second Sat. night in a row. This time, re-scanning didn't bring 24.5 back. So that idea of mine to set my dvr for a 2-hr period is out. Same trouble again late last night "watching" 24.5; picture keeps breaking up. Makes it hard to invest myself in kdramas if I can't predict getting reception.
What you said is true. Re-scanned my stations just now. I'm now down to 41 OTAs. I lost 25.xx, 61.xx (read here there's some Asian programming on it) but at least I have Win-TV until, that is, maybe later tonight.

MBCD's schedule is all over the place. I've tuned in at certain times expecting to see a drama on. Instead they're airing something else. At least the news is on time. I watch the weather reports. Because uh.. you know.. it's important to know that stuff. ;D

TheBo: Mworago?
Knov1: After some 2 days without WIN reception in the last few days, 24.5 came back full force. I tried to dvr "Dangerous Woman," the drama listed on MBC's schedule for 3am Sunday, with Engl subtitling implied. Got who-knows-what, unsubtitled, that started earlier than the 3am scheduled drama. (There's only one unsubtitled drama currently on WIN's schedule: "Gaackdugi," that doesn't come up on Google searches.) Disappointed about missing DW. For one reason or another, I'm not fated to view 24.5 dramas on weekends.

nuwildcats: Don't mind Bo. She's laughing at my crazy antics. I'm not familiar with Dangerous Woman. I did come across an episode of The Woman Who Still Wants To Marry the other night. I believe it was ep 13. Jung Hye Kyung was outside again for today's (or yesterday?) forecast. I've watched various newscasts from different Korean channels. I noticed something interesting. You see both male and female anchors, reporters and sportscasters. Only women seem to do weather. I haven't seen any guys doing the forecast.

I've caught the Woman Who Still Wants to Marry. Basically, it's about female roommates dating younger men - or something like that. Anyhow...I check MBC's dramas on hancinema.net to see if I know the actors and like the description. Dangerous Woman made my list of must-check-into kdramas, but w/o subtitles, I had to make sweeping guesses about what was being said.
Knov1: I want to post info about Korean films being shown in the area but don't know the best place, or if it's been done already. Can you give me a push?

I looked up Dangerous Woman. It's a daily drama. Those are harder to find with English subs online. Both the fansubs and legal sites tend to shy away from those. MBCD is airing it with English subs? I haven't come across it so far.
The only daily drama I've seen on MBCD is Oh Ja Ryong is Coming. MBCD aired the wrong episode last night. It wasn't a repeat of the last episode either. They were already several episodes ahead of the one they aired last night.
You should post the film info in the general board. Because it's local info, it would go better there than other shows.

Maybe you misunderstood. I use MBC-24.5's online schedule as a starting point to single out kdramas, then check them out on www.hancinema.net first before setting my dvr. If MBC's online schedule was to be believed, Dangerous Woman should be on 24.5 at 3:00AM early Sunday morning, with English subtitles. If that was DW I dvr'ed early Sunday, it started earlier than the schedule promised with no English subtitles. By accident, I've started on May Queen, whose 'dastardly' chaebol (and his poor wife) drew me in while the young inventors of the "azimuth thruster" used for oil drilling are pedestrian: a complete reversal of my usual inclinations, the young couple over the old one. Thx for the info for posting on Korean movies; the new thread is sitting there now.

I got no signal from MBCD for a couple of days there. Not sure what the issue might have been. Everything was back to normal yesterday. I caught some of Music Core in the afternoon. The audio always sounds bad during this show. Jung Hye Kyung was back indoors. Maybe MBC read my email asking why she was outdoors all of this past week. I was concerned she might catch a cold. LOL.
