Wanted to give everybody some advance notice that soon after Yi San ends, we'll be starting a new historical. Of the DramaFever historicals that we haven't done here, the most highly regarded is Queen Seonduk, so that's the one we'll be doing.
QSD runs 62 episodes. We're going to do this one a little differently: one episode per week instead of two. I'm hoping that more people will be able to participate if the time commitment isn't as much as two episodes per week. It does mean that it will take us twice as long to get through the series, but there's nothing on the horizon suggesting that KBS will come to its senses and return to the local airwaves. So...like it or not, we have time to spare.
The only asterisk to any of this is that if either Emperor Wang Guhn or Age of Warriors should happen to show up on DramaFever before we start QSD, or maybe even within the first few episodes, we'll be switching. But that's highly unlikely. For now the plan is to do QSD and then do Shin Don, another historical on DramaFever.
Anyway, I haven't seen QSD but it seems to have gotten very good reviews overall. So I hope people will try to stick with us. More info and a viewing schedule will follow shortly.

Excellent choice! I was absolutely gaga over this show. I'm looking forward to what others think of this one.

Yi San is almost over...so we'll allow a few days for final comments after the last episode and then start QSD. Right now I'm thinking I'll post an episode summary once a week on Saturdays, so it will be watch-by-Friday, post-starting-Saturday. We'll try that and see how it goes.
So I think the first summary will be up a week from Saturday (March 31). I'll get the board more fleshed out this coming weekend.

Oh yahhhhhhhhh. I was in the Korean market one day and a woman's cell phone started ringing, and her ringtone was the Mishil theme.
