FROM BO: Please put this idea on hold for now. See my last post below.Any opinions on the next historical? I know it's early days, and some of the other mods have ideas for what they'd like to see here, but anyone interested in something dealing with a little more recent history? Like, the Korean conflict? Such as, the Comrades? The magnificent Lee Duk-hwa and Lee Tae-ran star, as well as some fellow named "Choi Soo-jong" (lol). It looks a little bloody, but what historical isn't? Here's what appears to be a translated version of KBS's synopsis. Which is, of course, pretty rah-rah, but the stars might pull it up. The stars are what have attracted me. Other suggestions for the next historical? I don't guess History of a Salaryman--even (a) with Lee Duk-hwa, (2) with "History" in the title, and (iii) being based on Romance of the Three Kingdoms--counts. We should be finishing with Yi San early April barring more fritzing on my part.

It also has a lot of other historical people: Lee In Hye - Queen in Iron Empress and Yak Yeon in Ganggwaetto. Lee Chae Young - Saila (bladed boomerang girl from IE) Most of the rest were in Ganggwaetto, Iron Empress, Queen Seonduk and Kindom of the winds.

Okay, that sounds even better. Do you think we should consider it for next?
