Sorry guys, late night yesterday and thought I had unlocked this.
So, we got a lot going here. Unfortunately, "eggs are in," so I'll have to catch up a little later in the day.
But I'm puzzling out, as usual in this point in a drama, "who's this king? Which queen is this?" but my first thought is the ever popular Jung-jo. Anyone else?

I like that they're integrating painting theory into the drama, be it modern or otherwise. (Not sure when the concept of drawing things upside down actually came into vogue.) The scenes with the female musician (I'm sure her name will come more easily to me later) were very interesting, I like the character and I like Yun-bok's interaction with her. Ms Moon has become quite an effective actor.

I'm ready! A historical drama after over 2 years of waiting.
I've watched 2 episodes and will watch another one later today. For comfort sake I dragged in an old rocking chair so I could watch this drama in comfort. I simply cannot watch in my swivel 'office' chair.
Love this story. It doesn't have thousands of characters. What I find totally amusing is that the lead actor in Lovers in Paris is the lead actor in Painter of the Wind. When he first appeard on screen, he was very, VERY scruffy and messed up. An added charm was that his eyeglasses were held together with rope. Here was a guy who was very sophisticated, attractive and conservative in Lovers in Paris. It's just so wonderful to see these actors in different roles.
I love the cinematography, the story line and the actors. What a pheominal treat. I have a part-time job on alternating weekends. I work from 7A-3P so it won't be a problem watching on the weekends.
I'll look forward to this continuing drama - it beats WORKING MOM by a trillion points ~
