Was Suin completely clueless to her husband's abusive nature? Maybe she didn't have enough time to find out considering how quickly couples go from dating to married in a matter of weeks. I also wonder how long it took her to discover his Chinese lover.

To me Suin looks older than Hyeonsu. Anyway, she pushes him away yet acts jealous when Chowon shows up, which is way too often IMO. I understand where she's coming from but Hyeonsu loves her despite the divorce and pregnancy. She should hold on to him, he's a gem.

Tinkerbell! HY is 29yrs,. and Suin is only 25yrs. Its their character Suin has experience alot in her young life so her character must look more experience. HY so far has had an easier life, no worries, life is a big toothy smile!!!!!!!

I also wonder how long it took her to discover his Chinese lover. The schmuck moved the guy into their house, as I understand it. Wonder if she did a lot of "retail therapy." Or saw a lawyer. Imagine cooking for three. yuck. Wonder if Prince Husband let her eat with them.

Do you know the saying "when the cats out the mouse will play" mummy dearest and pappa bear is not there to stop him so he goes wild, that why he was able to abuse Suin and she had to accept it. Anger that she is not head over heels in love with him, not being able to control her.

Anger that she is not head over heels in love with him, not being able to control her. If that husband can fall in love with a man, he probably didn't care much if Suin was in love with him. Maybe he wanted to be rid of her, because she reminded him of how his life was supposed to be, of the way his parents want him to live. Oh, man, look who Suin's mother is, apparently she's the widow of the brother who died and the mother of Jisu. She was supposed to be abroad, never to return to Korea. So Jisu is supposed to be older than Suin? I'm getting confused about who is whose brother now.

From Korean Wiz; I tried to make family groups, and I annotated it with some hints. The few photos didn't copy, but I used them to start the family groups. www.koreanwiz.org/at/drama-roadhome.html Is everybody listed? I don't have time to check with Koreanwiz's actor list. Cast: Yoo Gun-young: Park Geun Young (Secret) \\ \\ Kuk Hyo-soon: Ban Hyo Jung (2nd Proposal)// //Hyo-soon (left) & Gun-young Yoo Yong-joon: Jang Yong (Cain & Abel)\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ Nam Soon-jung (Yong-joon's wife): Yoon Yeo Jung (Pure in Heart)///Soon-jung (left) & Yong-joon Yoo Min-soo (Yong-joon's 1st son): Shim Hyung Tak [greedy doctor] Suh Mi-ryung (Min-soo's wife): Jo Yeo Jung (Conditions of Love) Yoo Hyun-soo (Yong-joon's 2nd son): Lee Sang Woo (First Wives Club)

There's a diagram of the character family grouping on KBS's Cast page for the show. In Korean, but there are thumbnail pix of the actors. Also, if Seonyeong is in fact Yonghwan's widow, that may throw a monkey wrench into the relationship between Shinae and Juha, since Yongseon (Shinae's mom) was mean to Yonghwan's wife.

Speaking of Shinae, I like her character a lot. She seems years more mature than her harridan of a mom. And I like Juho, her wannabe boy friend. He has a good heart. I suppose that fact that we want to root for these two means their moms are going to come out with their claws unsheathed to separate them.

I wouldn't want poor Juho with a mother in law like that.

What is with Suin's hair? It looks black than it looks brown and the length changes in the same ep. Is she wearing wigs and the person in charge of continuity is asleep??

I noticed a lot of actresses on the k-dramas with the horrible brown hair, and black roots. If I had that deep rich black colored hair, I definately would not change it for the water down brown color. Jisu needs to do her roots -- badly!!!!

I guess they want to have a different color than everyone else but that chestnut brown/copper blonde isn't the most attractive choice. Suin has a pretty face and would look much nicer with a better shade and style.
