I really had trouble reading the scrolling message on top of the screen ... Looks like we're limited to on hour only. I couldn't read the item that mentioned 10:00. I'm not very happy about the 6:00-7:00pm time. Do you think that the program will continue until the end?

You're right Kathleen, it was a confusing message. I think the religious(?) show that usually comes on after EOS at around 8'ish came on early last night and went all the way to 10. As a result, we only saw an hour of EOS. I like seeing two hours myself, and I wonder why the change? I hope it's a one time deal, but I have my doubts, especially since now the order of the series will be off by one episode if they go back to showing two again. This also means that instead of ending in November, it'll stretch to December 28…

I think (and hope) that this one hour episode was just for yesterday. I thought the message read TODAY and than sorry for any inconvenience. I was a bit upset because I really wanted to see the next episode. Bogo is obviously going to be arrested. Its funny that the first thing the guy who took the throne does is arrest him. Of all the things he could've done as King he wants to take down Bogo. And whats the deal with Lady Jami? Is she going to try to seduce the new King, and become Queen? I wouldn't put it past her to try. That woman just never gives up.

;D Right you are. Not only does she NEVER give up , she NEVER AGES either. Amazing, there is no plastic surgery, no Life Lift, no Retinol A, what's her secret? The hairdos? Oh, never mind - it's just the magic of TV - - silly me!

Guys, can you give me the corrected episode number? Did two episodes show on the 21st (Monday)? If you can tell me, I can correct our anti-spoiler episode list.

How very stupid of me! I thought I put up an episode list in this show. Please tell me the current episode (when someone figures it out) and now that I think about it, I think this show is on SUNDAY for two hours, not Monday/Tuesday--I'm distracted--so please give me the true skinny and I'll list them.

I believe we saw episode 41 on Oct 19.
With 9 more to go at one per week, it won't end until Dec 21.

Thanks, Zorro, I'll do the list as one per week. If that changes, someone please post in the episode listing thread.

Here is the message...It goes by twice in English and once in Korean... Maybe someone that reads Korean can give a better translation...

So, just great. Only one ep of 'Emperor' tonight, but then MCTS gets frozen after fifteen minutes, and stays frozen for fifty minutes (and counting, as I write this). Oh, well, at least it wasn't 'Emperor' getting the freeze .

so what happened yesterday? Did EOTS start at 5pm? I set the vcr for 5:30pm, but when I turned it on it had already started and only lasted 1/2, then that other show came on. SO, what the heck happened during the first half hour? last week they said the Great Lord had died, but then the episode that I saw today, they mentioned the Great Lord was in critical condition. AND Bogo was back at home, when last week I thought he was being arrested. I'm so confused and upset that I only got to record 1/2 hour!

I clicked the pic above to read the scroll - I re-read it a couple of times to make sure I understood it . . . The program that used to run from 8-10 pm - will now be running from 7-to 10 pm. EOTS will only be ONE episode. The wording states that this new schedule will start on October 19' therefore, I think from now on - until further notice or someone at CH 41 decides otherwise, we will only be seeing one episode per Sunday, airing somewhere around 6:00 pm . . Your opinions are welcome - I am NOT infallable - ;D

However, it DID begin to record at 6:30. If your TV automatically switches to DLS (daylight savings time) the clock on your TV automatically set. Remember DSL was changed last year. I manually re-set the clock. EOS began at 6:00p... so on your set it was still 5:00p .. one hour behind. I really miss the 2-hour programming. I was glad to read soju's post wherein the screen froze for 50 + minutes.

I've been using the two episodes of Emperor Of The Sea as a "Testosterone Counter-Balance" to the two episodes of Great King Sejong... although both shows have their share of misery, I find GKS a lot more difficult to watch and recover from... EOTS acts as my weekly "Testosterone Tylenol" ;D. KBS has some nerve, only showing one hour per week--- I need Choi Soo Jung's big, round, baby-eyes to help me steel myself for Monday morning!

Daylight Savings Time2008: Begins Sunday, March 9, ends Sunday, November 2
So next Sunday, 11/2, we'll have to readjust the time manually on our vcr.
