I don't understand why he went along with the engagement. He doesn't show any attraction to Subin that I can see, only friendship. Why has he allowed Subin and his mom determine his destiny?

Maybe he thought that in time he would come to have some affection for meathead.

Yes, I think he's tired of drama and wants to please his family. I guess Subin is "good enough," and she's pretty, so, whatevs. It's koo-koo.

Yes, his looks have grown on me since the show started. Maybe he's filling out a little or something.

I did notice that Subin always tries to hug him or hold his hand but he doesn't seem to like it at all. I understand hiom very well though. When u don't like someone and they touch u, even slightly, in a romantic way... it's arrgh... grrr... lol

It's a take off from a Frank Sinatra song… "Strangers in the Night". But I agree with you, Hosae is most likely thinking to himself "Subi doobi don't!"

;D Ya know, we have such good quips on this board; very smart and funny. Too bad some of the Late Night TV hosts don't have writers that are half as funny - or smart. It's the same old same old - - - actually, they were better and funnier during the writers' strike . . JMO . .

I wish Joel McHale from the Soup watched K-dramas. I think it would be a blast!

I wish Joel McHale from the Soup watched K-dramas. I think it would be a blast! I think so too! I've only seen a few clips from The Soup, but I thought they were really funny. I'd like to see more k-drama parodies. I loved when Bobby Lee did that mini-K-drama on MAD TV.

Oh my gosh, on Friday, he spoofed a k-drama! I don't know which one because we don't get the one he spoofed in NJ, but it was a cops & robbers type one. I hope he gets to the ones we all watch!

I wish Joel McHale from the Soup watched K-dramas. I think it would be a blast! On Saturday The Soup actually had a clip from a korean drama. I didn't recognize the drama. As usual, Joel McHale was an absolute delight as he commented on the action. His commentaries are just outstanding.
