I just wanted to let all of you who live in NJ/NY area know that "Mom's Dead Upset" premiered this past Sunday in our area (I only caught the closing credits). So, I am guessing that it is our new week-end drama ! I can't wait to see it, and I'm sure that those of you in Chicago who already get this drama, will be seeing some of us from NY/NJ on its discussion boards!
Mod edit: door60 has staff's permission to post this here to inform other NY/NJ viewers about "Mom's Dead Upset" airing in their area.

Last night (Saturday) this drama started in the Ny/NJ area at 9:10pm, and ended at 9:57pm -- sort of like The Chill Sisters. It was good, I hope to see you all on the Mom's Dead Upset boards!

Hmmmmm.......I'm in the NY area and Mom's Dead Upset has been airing for some time now on Sat/Sun, 9:30 p.m. to 10:15 p.m.(roughly), then re-airs Sun/Mon mornings around 5:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. or rather any time between 5 a.m. to 7 a.m.
It's a bit confusing because KBS is under MKTV in my area and the information listed for the channels and time slots never match. In fact, they have The Great King Sejong and Mom's Dead Upset airing in each others time slot.
Other than that, it's quite a good drama and worth following. So I hope you enjoy it.

OK now I'm confused. I tried t record this new show because I was going to be out this weekend. Anyway for that time slot, it says that they are still showing Dae Jae Young ( ) the other historical drama. So I'm curious where exactly in NJ are you guys. I'm in Essex County but I have cablevision and kbs wmbc 20 too.

I am really sorry for all the confusion, I just wanted everyone to know about this drama being aired on the week-ends by us on WMBC . I live in Bergen County, NJ. And brooklyn, I'm guessing lives in Brooklyn, NY. So, kumbis16, maybe there was an error in the TV guide, or maybe Essex County is not showing what is being shown in Bergen or Brooklyn.

huuum that's so wierd. I'd probably have to tape Dae Jae Young and see if maybe they made a mistake I'll check it out this weekend if I'm home. Thanks for taking the time to let us know door. I hope I can start watching this show soon

Hi Kumbis16 - I'm in Essex county and watch this show Saturday & Sunday evening on WMBC 20. It replaced DJY the week before last. I like this show so far.

I'm so sorry door60, I forgot about WMBC channel 20, so it is a new drama. Before the cable companies took over, channel 20 and channel 17(which was taken over by religious programming) were UHF stations which aired Asian dramas. I had to play with my antenna to get a good reception and late at night would even pick up stations in Connecticut. KBS dramas are aired on WMBC channel 20 in a 9:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. time slot during the week and weekend. This is the only station that you don't have to worry about recording a drama regardless of the name. This time slot hasn't change for a couple of years so just set the time to record and don't worry about it. Also, under the cable network, KBS, MBC, and SBS are part of their Korean package which of course is extra, while under WMBC channel 20 you're watching KBS programming for free. Again door60, I'm so sorry, you were absolutely right and I'm the one that was confused. Thanks for sharing the information because now I can catch all of the episodes that I missed in the beginning.
