Well, in America, you really *can't* get it. It just isn't available, unless you know someone who taped it over-the-air as it was running, and they let you borrow their recordings for your own use.  As for the situation in Singapore, well, I know even less about that. However, I don't think KBS ever even released DVDs of "Age of Warriors" anywhere (even in Korea) so unless you find an unlicensed copy for sale, it may be a hopeless situation.
