LOL, I worked in NJ for 11 years, I keed, I keed. Anyway, one thing I like about people from NJ they know how to play the exit game. Wanna Play? OK I say an exit number and you give me the closest town, let see how good you are:
Exit 131- Exit 8A- Exit 62-
My daughter lives in Brooklyn, and I tried the Polska's in Williamsburg and Greenpoint, I like the NJ Keilbasa better

Ok I am Italian and married to a Pollack adore Polish Food, I make, Galumpke and Halushki on a regular basis. Ever have Peaduch? I know I murdered those polish words but hey I am Cavdoste. I make pierogies, halushki, and galumpke or golabki (stuffed cabbage) too. If the horseradish doesn't make your eyes water it's no good. There is a Polish Gourmet Shop about 10 minutes from my house and that's where I buy my kielbasi. Nothing like food to get us OT. Isn't this "Annoyed with Dongji"? ;D

Ummm... Dongji is always cooking for the family, and no one appreciates her. I don't think she knows how to cook Polish food. Maybe if she did, they would give her a break.
Yes!! Back on topic! It's Lucy for the save!

Lucy, HOW did you do this? It's very cool Oso oseyo! which I think is: ¾î ¼ ¿À ¼¼ ¿ä I typed it out in Word and pasted it in here. Isn't there another thread where people are teaching each other to type in Hangeul? Anyone?

Oso oseyo! which I think is: 어 서 오 세 요 in Hangeul. Lucy, HOW did you do this? It's very cool Oso oseyo! which I think is: ¾î ¼ ¿À ¼¼ ¿ä That's funny. Lucy's Korean is in numbers when I copied/quoted it, but Korean in her post and when Kathleen copied it. Otherwise it's gibberish fractions etc. I never figured out the lesson in whichever thread it was.

Ah Lucy such a question tells me, you are not from NJ, correct? The exit numbers tell the story.

It is funny when grandma complains and worries thet sua is not treated nice my her MIL or inlaws.. she should worry about herself, treating donji her DIL like crap/maid/servant/door mat. she should learn what goes around comes around and maybe it will ebd up on brat's lap!

Ah, but see, grandma says, "I raised her so carefully and they just took her." So Sua is a princess and deserves coddling. But Dongji is just some old workhorse from god-knows-where that Mansu brought home one day, so she doesn't deserve to be treated like a human being. Get it now?

WOW! I'm out of power two days, miss my K-dramas, can't get to the board, and this thread goes to heck all over the place! What a bunch we are.
Soapy, it's brooklyn who's in her 20's. I'm a grams like you but less times over. God bless you and thanks for the welcome.
My first (Polish/nice guy) husband (divorced/friendly) was from Irvington, NJ, so I'm right at home with this talk of stuffed cabbage and that other state across the river that's not New York.
And thanks cara mia Pppibells for getting us back OT. Dongji is indeed a door mat but more and more I think she's in control of what she's doing. She's determined to win over MIL no matter who she hurts in the process. I don't feel sorry for her one bit. I am starting to sort of not hate Sua so much however. She almost can't help it being raised to think she was sooo special. Maybe love will change her. But MIL is just hateful and too old to change.

Don't know about you soapy, but my eyes aren't what they used to be. The size of the print is the only thing I have a beef with on this great board. Sometimes the white words swim all over the black background and I think I read what's not there or miss what is.
