Lee Taeran has a great acting presence she played in something before chill sister. She was a brat who tricked, bullied etc herself into a family who lived in a building and owned a vet clinic. Her sister was all nice and sweet and married the older son which was really romantic and Lee Tearan was a free spirited younger sister that in a sweet way but very wild and modern set her eyes on the brother and grabbed at him until he finally folded and fell for her it was like 5 generations in one building its funny because the family lived on the top floor and the her and her sister on another floor and the story was mostly about the family but i remember her the most that was some years ago but it was my first introduction to her acting.
Now did someone say that kyle my oh so lovable kyle who was half korean half japanese wonderful concierge from mr. goodbye is this low life seonjae oh say it isn't so please. I just loved kyle's character in that show.
Ok and lastly did anyone know that the same person playing seonjae's mother is the evil rich MIL in The Golden age of daughter in law. She plays a light giddy, sneaky witch here and a woman of ice and stone who breaths fire everytime she speaks in Daughter in law. Tell me if i'm wrong because i thought she won an award for both characters if so she should have because they are like the opposite of the same coin. Made from the same material, representing the same bad behavior just doing it in different ways.

Yes, she won a award for best supporting actress, I think. I caught her in some other show and I can't remember the title at the moment. In that show, she played a very loveable and affectionate character. I think she is a good actress. In that show, I loved her lots. In this show, I just wanna kick her butt!

Why doesn't seongate tell jyeong about his work problems ? he is being so distant. she does not know what is going on. she is being tormented and does not know what to believe.. i am sure if he talked to her she would be re assured.. as for sua. everything that snake says drips with sarcasm and snootyness!! what a witch!!

:)Lee Tae-ran was Hana in Who's My Love. In addition to Seolchill in Chill Sisters, she also appeared in Yellow Handkerchief, A Rosy Life, and I'm sure other shows that I cannot recall at this moment. Who's My Love is one of the few shows that have been re-aired on WOCH. Many of our board members have said it's one of their favorites and would watch it again and again - ME TOO! Ms. Lee is a beautiful talented actor and is a joy to watch. Wish we had more of her work to enjoy! ;D

YIKES... am I missing something here? There are several references to Lee Taer-ran. She can't possibly be in LoN. She has played such a variety of roles and she plays them all well. Part of the fun in watching these dramas you learn just how good these actors are... villans, brats, lovers, priests... it's great. I digress...

Who was Jiyeoung in Full House? She does not look familiar to me at all. Seonja's mother is definately the bride's mother in Woderful Life.

Pilseung: I just went to www.mysoju.com, and you are 100% correct! Jiyeoung was the girl who treated the main character out of her house and money! Wow, I am really impressed with your memory!

She's just good in anything; I think that's how her name came up, like Who have you enjoyed watching or something like that. I'd definitely watch Who's My Love again!!

By the way, the youngest brother that LTR seduced in WML is none other than Mimosa in DJY.

By the way, the youngest brother that LTR seduced in WML is none other than Mimosa in DJY. I'm so glad you mentioned this teacher... from the first time I saw Mimosa I thought for sure he was in WML. What a wonderful actor to portray two entirely different... REALLY different roles. And he played them both so convincingly. I wonder if LTR would ever be in a historical drama.

By the way, the youngest brother that LTR seduced in WML is none other than Mimosa in DJY. He's also in "Sandglass," which I'm slowly watching on DVD. He plays one of the main characters as a younger man, during his teenage years. Whenever I see that guy, I think "Baby Bridegroom." Remember when Lee Hana called him that in WML? It was when he and his oldest brother went to the two girls' apartment for dinner early in the series. He was all spanky clean and dressed in a suit, and she cooed over him, "How cute! You look like a baby bridegroom!" LOL
