I looked up "psychometric" and found out it (per WordNet) is a descriptor for "any branch of psychology concerned with psychological measurements"--er. Okay. And, Wikipedia says, "Psychometrics is the field of study (connected to psychology and statistics) concerned with the measurement of "psychological" aspects of a person such as knowledge, skills, abilities, or personality...."
