I really appreciate it jinju0. It drives you crazy when you start watching something, get involved and then can't find the rest of it. THANK YOU!!! yeah, especially when it's only a short drama too!

Hi Nene, I have the English translation of “Uhmuhni eh nara”. Some Korean guy on another k-drama fan site was so nice and translated it for me. It's title 'Uhmuhni eh' means Mother's and 'nara' means nation, or land or in this case kingdom. Mother’s Land (or Kingdom) by Joo Byung-Sun Is a ray of sunshine behind dark clouds a shred of hope? Whose bloods are morning dew on a blade of grass? Until lakes dry out and become a road and a rock becomes dirt, There is one keen yearning I have, that is my mother’s land Shouts and cries in that day have passed over time But was a 1000 years old moonlight Mother’s tear? There is a song that does not change when the world changes A song of grasses and a song we sang when all of us cried and laughed The voice of Mother, Mother’s Land (or kingdom) almosWOW! That's absolutely beautiful! Though I'm not Korean, it gives me goosebumps. What a great song! Thank you so much for sharing. I really appreciate it. ;D

Yes, I saw that post and I'm glad you mentioned it. IMHO, I thinkit's ridiculous. He demanded perfect English--no misspelled words etc. I'm not qualified. How about you? What do you think?
I'm wondering if you know why they're drinking alcohol in such a manner. They look very neat. Is it Korean tradition?

NENEFinding the drama is hard but doing the subs would be difficult and time consuming. Those with lower status will turn their head when they drink to show respect. For example, court officials or ministers will turn if sharing a drink with the King, or in a family sons will turn their head if drinking with their father.

You're welcome NENE. I plan on seeing THE FORBIDDEN KINGDOM soon. Yes FOUR GODS is addictive. You just have to find out what's going to happen next.

nene, well, i think he is crazy! i don't know why he doesn't post on the subtitle board. they have alot of teams that do that already. i have been reading on soompi that yi san is going to follow true history. which means not the happy ending we would hope for. you might like Likable or not. it's modern, present day, but very good. i felt it started slow, but now it's really good. and i have been reading the episode summaries in the spoiler thread and it is just going to get better. it's the highest rated drama in korea right now. here is the link that i watch when i can't wait. www.veoh.com/channels/likableornot where in the early 100's here in chicago. YES, it came back last night at 9PM. we are all so happy here! they were showing on the news, on ch. 41, on top of the Hancock building and inside were the troubles occurred. i can't believe that there isn't a channel were you can watch. especially in CA. this station isn't on cable. it's regular air broadcasting the old fashion way.
tinkerbell Thank you so much for helping me out. I've learned a lot about Korean culture from you. I really appreciate it. I think if people drink and behave responsibly like those characters in that picture, they won't fight and have a brawl, lol. You're right. It'll absolutely consume time and energy. If people want to do subbings, they won't surf around the web searching for their favorite movies and dramas. He's crazy like jinju said.
tinkerbell, if you have free time, please consider watching Return of the Condor Heroes 2006. It's one of the best Chinese series. I found one video clip to motivate you. Here it is...You can watch this great series here: You'll see Crystal Liu's acting skills and her martial arts movements before seeing Forbidden Kingdom. ;D
