;D hi everyone; i'm sorta new here; i started in may this year but never got a chance 2 introduce myself. i'm ani raina from new york city (the bronx) i'm puerto rican but i love Korean dramas. So far; my favorites are (or were) Pure in Heart and The Infamous Chill Sisters. Now I watch "High as the Sky." I can only watch 2 korean dramas "high as the sky" weeknites 9:25pm-10pm and weekends 9:05pm-10pm there's another drama that takes place in Korea from the 1800s (i think! i dont know the name of that one) Thanks to channel 20 (bronx cablevision) our korean programming (i think KBS2) starts from 8pm to 10pm. but i wish i'd see more friends think i'm cuckoo cuz i like watching k-dramas; who carez tho?i rather watch high as the sky than the hills or desparate housewives! anyway; just wanna say hola! (hi) 2 U all; and now i gotta say bye (buenas noches) til the next....

Estoy bien, gracias! E, quien es su amigo? Es muy guapo!
LOL. That's from high school. I used to speak Spanish well; now I get rattled when I get the occasional "?Habla?" call at work...but I digress. We don't think you are cuckoo here, Ani! Or may-hap, we're just as cuckoo as you are! Settle in! Enjoy the chorus! "Cuckoo! Cuckoo!" ;D

¡bienvenido! Don't worry about what people think. My family and friends think I'm loco too for watching Korean dramas. But at least we have the people on the board to talk to. Glad to meet you.

Hi Ani, Keep an eye out for Skinz. He's from New York also and is quite a prolific poster around the fanclub. I gather that you haven't been watching Dae Joyoung. If you get a chance, check it out. The East Coast Dae Joyoung Fanboard is at this link: deiner.proboards48.com/index.cgi?board=daejoyoung&action=display&thread=1186584449There are several of us in New York, New Jersey and PA who are K-Drama enthusiasts. And as the amador says, if I'm crazy then I don't want to be sane. Thanks for joining.

Hi Ducky, I deleted the 2 comments. It was just gibberish on my screen, lots of upsidedown question marks and capital As and junk. Did you follow the links or just read them? At least we get this nonsense on only one thread now.

They were usual SPAM...Some travel agencies, sex stuff... But 1 just locked my 'puter...I had to hold the power button for an unusually long time to shut it down... Lucky, no virus, just a ton of spy ware/trojan stuuf....
