Apparently KBS is selling copies of its shows, too, but I don't know which ones. And some people have had complaints with the quality.

Why has this song consumed the psyche of the world at this particular moment? If you go to the thread on Trot songs in the general board, that question is about to be answered in the next couple of days. The song the grandmother sings has something to do with turning, not stepping as the subtitles imply. When I watch some of the programs that depict life in the countryside, the women often sing that song when they "turn" handles and other repetitive task labor. Hopefully cyuser can answer both questions. If you were to join the board, you could send cyuser a personal message and get a more expedient reply. At the very least, I will copy your question and post it in my existing post in the thread. Hwaiting (Fighting, but they don't have "F" in Hangul). Speaking of which, Oct 9th was the official date of prommulgation of Hangul to the Korean people by King Sejong. I hope everyone celebrated! ;D
