This show began in Korea on January 15, 2007. Today they showed ep 133 there.
Being a KBS Daily Drama, you can expect it to run for 165 eps or so; some Daily Dramas run fewer, and some are extended if they're popular (which you don't really want, because they're usually padded with unsatisfying fluff to make them longer).
In this country, the show began on different dates in various cities. The episode number is shown at the beginning of each episode, in the format 제 XX 회 (where 'XX' is the episode number). Here in Chicago, we expect to see ep 73 tonight.

You have got to be joking! 133 episodes and still not finished? I think we're on 80 something here in New York. Not sure. When I was working in Korea back in 2004-2005, I never watched dramas partly because I couldn't understand themm. I missed out on My Lovely Sam-soon and pretty grateful that it showed up on AZN tv. I thought 16 episodes was a stretch.
I think if it's going to run that long, I'm probably not going to watch it as often and just check with you on updates.
You might want to check out some other dramas, then. The ones that air only twice a week are often less than thirty eps, but not always. Sometimes they're like 80 ep. Some are only two to four eps long, but they don't often run those in the USA. It all depends.
