After watching Episode 14, I think this is the best K-drama I've seen since Winter Sonata/Love Song. The story has some of everything--a double love triangle, an appealing little kid (who is played by a good actor), some corporate intrigue, some humor, some pathos (probably). Interestingly, both stories involve men who grew up without their dads, which HS says no boy should do; and that mirrors my own situation.
By the way, nobody has pointed out that Yeongin's mother is none other than Kang Hyesun from Farewell to Sorrow. When she first appeared, I was busy reading subtitles so didn't immediately look at her face, but her voice is unmistakable. Quite a different role for her.

That actress is also in Pure in Heart and she has been in lots of other dramas that I've seen. I always liked her and good old "Mr Oh" (from OMR).

I have a question is anyone else crying their eyes out over this story line??? Everything has a double meaning... This show is so moving and i can't believe it only has 2 ep left with all the emotion going on.... First HS doesn't want youngin live with him then she moves in and finds out his secrets and he hides them from her pushing her away and finally she leaves because she wants him happy but he is not happy because she finally left. Its like a roller coaster ride. I think all of them in this show are very good actors because they don't really say much a lot is expressed by what they do and how they do it. ie facial expressions (kyle cold expression and youngin can't hide anything expression), gestures (the beans represent his time left and thier enjoyment of kissing)

I agree with you sunshinek, I've never cried so much. This is the best drama that I've seen in a long time and I really like the characters especially Hyunseo.

Thank you. I have been crying also. That began when Hyunseo visited the doctor and asked if he could stop the ticking heart so that he could make love to the girl he loves. That was such a poignant scene. I haven't stopped crying since. I have difficulty remembering that this is only a story.

YES! YES!! Thank goodness we are starting to share our feelings about this drama, even though it's coming to an end soon...........I was hoping there were others out there who were as swept up in this drama as much as I am.
I am even considering buying the DVD set--- for me to invest in the KBS drama says how much I have enjoyed these characters (especially Hunyseo).

Flowerlady you are so right i was thinking about the doing the same thing (buying the dvd) I taped the last episode rerun and i've watched it 2 times already they missed an important point that was in the rerun but not when it first aired. Youngin wrote a letter telling HS to go live with Suijin but originally they only aired the part with her saying she would be mad at him if she stays so she was just going to make him happy. But i keep making the same comments at each scene like when Youngin finds out HS is on his way to the hospital and she takes the cab to the hospital... I was saying good girl you go after and support your love no matter what he says even though i was a little upset she keeps backing off when Suijin is around
