What part is that? The part I'm at is when Gukwa got her first pay check and bought everyone underwear.

noyou, No, you're probably way ahead, so please be careful what you post. We haven't seen Gukhwa get a paycheck or buy underwear. She just got fired after one day. This show started in Chicago just a couple of weeks ago, maybe a month.

Today it was episode 27 or 29 in Chicago. I have a vague memory of somebody buying pajamas for the elders, but can't remember which show. They're getting kind of blended in my mind.

People on these shows ALWAYS buy underwear for the family with their first paycheck.

Will someone please, please, please summarize Monday through Wednesday's episodes for me. I missed last nights episode and I will miss today and tomorrow. To make matters worse my VCR broke on Sunday evening. I really love this show and I am hoping that Gukwa gets her job back. I hate to see her begging all the time. Thank you all.

Hey, GPaul -- I might have summarized those episodes in the spoiler thread (can't remember which ones I did, I was on a streak for a little while before I got sick). If not, you can go to the Philly Korean drama board where they have spoilers: www.koreandramas.net/

Oh my, I apologize for my first post. That's okay! No harm done. Some people come to this board from other places and say stuff like, "Now that this show is over, I really hate so-and-so who ended up ruining the marriage of so-and-so."

What part is that? The part I'm at is when Gukwa got her first pay check and bought everyone underwear. Episode #42 is the "underwear" episode (I just saw it tonight). I guess Chicago fans still have about two weeks to go before they get to see it. That was a VERY funny episode . . . and I'm not gonna spoil it for the Chicago fans. ;D

Dear Mikey, I notice you're from Arizona. On what station are you able to watch the K-Dramas? My daughter lives in Mesa, and has cable. I like to spend time with her, but have never been able to find a Korean channel there. If I do, I'll probably spend more time away from snowy Chicago.

No Arizona TV stations, so far as I know, carry K-dramas. I watch via satelite ("The Asia Network") but Dish Network also carries KBS America in its basic (no extra charge) lineup now. You need to specify the optional "Superdish" to get it, though - an extra $50 install fee. If your daughter has cable, maybe you could convince her to switch over to Dish! ;D
