Similarities HI Guy, really disappointed that BB had to rush the ending. i was really happy to see the Nara in a good mood. After as the new soap started, i sensed a LOT of similar incidents that occurred,
Spoilers Alert ###########
1) The watch Incident. 2) How Suki and the Boss's son act toward the main female character. BB suk first hated Jong, in this Boss's son vs Guk, 3)The use of the loop as a form of exercise 4) There are more But i can't remember

-both feature a spoiled lap dog -both orphaned heroines sleep in their place of employment... and then are promptly fired -both orphaned heroines get a rather high profile job -Grandmother carps on Minsook/Grandfather carps on Okgeum -Gukwha = Jongnam Ugyeong = Kiwoong Ugyeong's sister = Kiwoong's sister (in the area of immature selfishness) Yunhu = Sukhyun Ugyeong's Father = Kiwoong's father, Ugyeong's mother (Okgeum) = Minsook
My prediction: Yunhu's current orphaned girlfriend, loved by the family, will end up sidelined. Just like Jongnam's former wealthy Health product boss who wanted to marry her.

Oh, and I could SWEAR the front door of the Hong house squeaks just like the Chang home!

Don't forget the telephone on the family table - I think they used the exact same phone, too!
And the whole "Rich people sleep on beds vs poorer people on the floor" thing

To me, she compares to Haein. of course, Haein gets to marry Kiwoong and Shinhyeong probably won't get a mate, but the parallel is not perfect. (if it were, viewers would get really, really angry)

If you look at the opening credits, the characters who don't share the screen whith anybody are Guk-wan, Ukeong, Yun-hu, and Yu-cheong. Sin-hyeong shares the screen with chubby sister, but she is pictured with the other four together on KBS's cast page. My guess is that she will be the odd woman out, but not for quite a while.

Okay, I thought a lot of this stuff was just coincidence. But:
Arrogant young boss-man shoves poor orphan young woman to the floor of the lobby, causing the food she is delivering to be spilled everywhere. Oh, and I'll bet some passing drunkard (NOT Guk-wa!) scratched his car up, too!
I'm all for recycling, but for plastic and aluminum, not K-dramas!

I've seen shows where someone would throw a bag of clothes in the recycling bin and someone else would pull them out to re-use them while the first person was still watching..... I wonder what it looks like behind the TV studio..... A bunch of guys, (all in suits), diving into the recycled paper bin to see if they can get a bit of a script that still has an ounce of life in it? ?

Ouch, Ducky! That's harsh but true. I wanted a different storyline from this one. But wow... This is more than just a few similarities. It's copying BB totally!

We do it here too.... Reality shows, game shows, if it works.... Copy it 'till people get sick of it..... Then copy whatever is working then....

And what was that about the 'bulletin board'? Recycling the dialog without the action it references?
I like this show a lot, but it has to find its OWN voice!

I like this show a lot, but it has to find its OWN voice! *executives at PIH* "If we're not as popular as BB we're all fired!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Well I've been following it so far and I like it. I like it better than I did BB probably because the people on this drama have more pleasant voices. And I like the heroin, in that she's not your typical pretty-girl and the stuff that happens to her isn't so far fetched.

And barks! LOL Kathleen. For a while, I thought that Mr. Pooh was a stuffed animal or something, and then I saw it twitch and was like, "Wow, it MOVED!"
