On the "Entertainment Relay" show yesterday, they had a segment about child actors. Shin Ji-soo, the actress you plays Tteng-chil, was one of the young women featured. She said she found being a child actor was very stressful, and that it was only recently that she decided to get back into acting.
According to Korean Wiz, she was in a KBS miniseries "Loneliness" in 2002, and if I can trust Google's electronic translation, she was in an SBS drama called "Virtue" in 2000, when she was 14 or 15.

She looks about 15 in this drama most of the time. There are a few shots when she looks a few years older but mostly she looks like a lost "little girl" .... sad that she is pregnant ... sad for both her and her tutor ... maybe it's a good lesson for younger teens to see what can happen "just once" as she told her sister ... obviously, that's all it takes sometimes ... Do you think her father will try to Kill the tutor if/when he finds out? Wow .. and that mother --- my God .. I sure wouldn't want her as my MIL... even Shrieky Mom would be better - she at least would love the grandchild.....

I've only watched a few times. What's the problem with the mother? I think the grandmother is a pain. The father is awful. The mother was caught in the middle, the times I saw.

I'm pretty sure Soapy meant the grandmother but called her "mother" because that's what the girls' mom and dad call her (of course) and they're usually the only ones discussing her. She is AWFUL!
Does anyone watch "King of the Hill"? The father reminds me of Hank's father (his face).

After rereading my post I see that I was totally unclear as to whom I was referring ... "the mother ... MIL" Although Lucy you are right THAT mother/grandmother is pure HELL to be around. However, I was actually referring to the tutor's Mother ... can you see our Little Miss Innocent living in a home where that one is the MIL?? MIL would want to be treated as a QUEEN since her sonny boy is, in her opinion, a PRINCE. LOL ... I like this story ... so many intense characters ... I STILL don't like Michill tho ...

The nerve of that Tae-ja!! Making Tteng-chil out to be some sort of floosy that he doesn't know for sure if the baby is his!!! This guy deserves to be smacked and beaten up really good!

Her family will set his mother straight really fast. It's just her and her son, Tteng-chil has a whole wall of people to confront them. ha! Can't wait.
