Yeah I just saw that picture on the Official Website and was like "huh, where did she go?" I wonder why they excluded her the first time.

Which website is the official one? The KBS site shows everybody including the home shopping office workers.

It was on there a while ago.. Or maybe I saw it somewhere else. But I'm pretty sure it was on the official website. There are several pictures they took for production purposes.

Both are from KBS's site. The one with the blue background is from the 'Photos' page; the other one is from the 'Characters' page. Ont the photos page, if you select the option that says " ŸÀÌƲÃÔ¿µ" from the drop-down menu, you see a <bizarre > bunch of blue-background shots; you'll notice that all the ones of Jong-nam have a different shade of blue. My guess is that Kim Ah-joong couldn't make it to the studio that day.

O.K Now I get it -- Having no knowledge of the Korean language makes it hard to find things on KBS's site, and when you select ENGLISH at the top right corner of the menu you get switched to a completely different place. Google & Babelfish's translations are 99% useless at translating Korean, so could somebody tell me what it says next to the empty picture frame at the bottom of Byung-doo's family, is it a character who will show up later and then disappear, a player to be named later, the family ghost???

the blank picture frame is for "Myoung Ja" the cafe lady who works with Ok Du. I guess they didn't know where else to put her character...

i think you mean myungja. okdoo is rather whispery-voiced. which i am getting annoyed of, by the way. i was happy not to have heard her voice today.

I'm curious. I see that they added a picture of Jong-nam's friend/ex-roomate who kicked her out. The frame was blank for a long time; now that we haven't seen the character in weeks, her picture is there.
HMMMmmmmm . . .

I think the chubby guy in the office (Cider Park?) is the sleeper comedic character to watch. He's sort of coming into his own lately.

Isn't it weird the way he calls Ki-woong "honey" all the time? If it bothered Ki-woong and thus constituted teasing, it wouldn't be so strange to me, but KW doesn't even care and no one else notices anymore. It's funny kind of banter to have with a coworker, though I'm not reading any significance into it. I guess it makes an interesting accent to Cider Park's character.

Isn't it weird the way he calls Ki-woong "honey" all the time? Yeah, I just noticed that but he's not using "yobo". What is this word? And just a nod to a different post, Lucy, I have begun to notice there is ai- gu and there is ai- ku which apparently are the same word.

I can't remember, a lot of times fathers call their DILs this on shows. No, wait, I'm thinking of "aga" (sweetheart). It (the word for darling) was part of the My Sweetheart title... Bo

"chaa-gi-ya," which is a variation, I believe to mean Honey.
