Maybe Jong-nam started earlier than Jae-ok, as she referred to her as "mother" after the phone call when she was with Suk-kyun. Not that there was much emotion involved then. So I think she wanted a mother, and lookee, here's a volunteer. It IS odd-in a man-woman relationship, that kind of speed would probably end badly.

The scene on the bus was so incredibly cute..... Jongnam is such an exciting character. I love to see her around Sukhyun especially because of all that tension involved. She's smart and funny and just a perfect match for him because she gets him out of his shell and shows him that there's more to life.... It's really nice seeing her with Kiwoong and His family as well because she fits right in. Haein would sort of feel uncomfortable if she was with Kiwoong's family all the time.... I can't picture her with Sukhyun either.

Did anyone else think that Jongnam was the one at fault when she and Nara collided? And even if is wasn't entirely her fault because of the wall, the situation's tension could possibly have been alleviated by her being not-so-rude to Nara.

Who would expect that in a office building? She should have apologized. Jae-ok and Jong-nam need some quiet time to discuss manners.

I shudder to think of his fate had he done poorly I still think she's very cute though, essentially harmless and more honest than the average person.

I think being so outspoken and uninhibited and affectionate has done a lot of good for Jae-ok. She smiles a lot now.

She didn't grow up with any family; she was raised in an orphanage. That's the supposed explanation for why she is such a hoyden (love that word).

I do too, lucy! I think she'll simmer down though. Because of boring old SH. But, if that happens she'll lose her charisma, which is what makes this show so interesting. The characters' energy.

Did we miss anything because of editing? Suk-hyun was giving Hae-in a ride home, then it jumped to his snack with Jong-nam and fun in the park. It was very abrupt. btw, his looks at JN are getting quite affectionate, I think.

Yeah, I know, we definitely missed something there! I thought at first it was a flashback to the other time they had lunch together. He loves her--come on, Sukhyun! you never looked at Haein like that, even though everyone says she's "better" than any other girl. P.S. Off-topic, but isn't it cute how sad Minsook is for Ki-woong? And how he's sad, too, but he can barely show it? She was petting his head and after a second he pulled his head away and acted tough. I'll never understand men.

That was one of my favorite scenes so far. I didn't like how Grams couldn't understand why HI and KW could've gone to Jeju JUST as friends.

I wish Jongnam and Kiwoong liked each other. They'd make the funnest couple ever. (I know that's not a word.) Maybe when KW and Haein finally get together (they've got to eventually, right?) she will discover her fun side and maybe even wear something that's not high-necked and gray like a 1980s schoolteacher's outfit. Imagine her coming out in something sexy and colorful? Kiwoong's eyes would pop out of his head and those pouty lips would go into turbo-pout.

We missed this:
The next day, Ki-woong arrives at work, and Hae-in asks to speak with him. She's obviously quite upset, but very calmly chastises him. Kiwoong- looks very sorry.
Mal-ja (Grandma) is sitting at home, thinking about what happened, sighing and muttering.
Jong-nam arrives at Well-Being, and sees Kyeong-ju walk by, rehearsing her lines.
Suk-hyun is in his office. He calls Hae-in, who is outside somewhere. He puts on his jacket, and is about to leave, when he sees Jong-nam on a monitor. She is holding up a shoe, I think pretending to be doing the broadcast, but maybe she's there to hold the props (?)
Suk-hyun enters the studio. Jong-nam is surprised to see him. they talk briefly in the studio, and then go out to lunch, where they talk some more. We picked up several minutes into that scene.

I think the part with Jongnam in the studio was shown in the previous day's previews. I hate when they do that.
So Sukhyun was supposed to go out with Haein but blew her off for Jongnam? Or was he just leaving and not going to meet Haein?

I felt so sorry for him. And Suk-hyun, when Hae-in asked what he's so happy about...He couldn't say, I was just thinking about Jong-nam. He's going to have some sleepless nights, I think.
