Yes, I noticed the same thing, Bo. The littler one does call her "unni" and seems to be in charge, so there is a bit of a paradox there.
Aren't they ADORABLE, though? I love they way they hold hands and run around together. I also liked the scene where they're playing quietly together in the living room (before that horrible scene between their parents in the bedroom) and one remarks to the other, "I went to the museum." As if they're two adults having a kaffeeklatsch or something. I was like this episode of the Simpsons in which Bart and Lisa are sitting around the kitchen table and he says to her, "So I says to Madge, I says . . . " It made me laugh.

"So I says to Mayble I says..." I like this drama but I am always missing the Fri/Sat airings and have to record on Mon/Tues. My younger brother who had just about given up on k-dramas has been watching this one diligently. I think it's because of the lovely Lee Tae Ran though...

You're right! I felt Madge wasn't right. Thanks, GC. (Mabel is the spelling, BTW, but you're too young to know that! No one is named Mabel anymore, unless maybe Julia Roberts has another kid someday. )

LOL! I was basing my spelling of the name on the makeup, Maybelline!

Is it my imagination or is Soonie's younger daughter more responsible than the other one? I'm a little confused, but she seems to be the one in charge and the older seems to be causing trouble, but that may be because they are similar in size. Bo I don't know if it's been stated in the drama, but I get the impression the eldest is a little "slow." Her reactions and actions are not that of a "normal" child, which makes me think she has an impairment. (Wow...I'm trying to be politically correct, but it's hard!) Which is another reason I can't understand the children being left alone at all hours of the day (and night). Melissa

Wow, I didn't notice that, Melissa. I'll keep an eye out for that. You'd think it would not have gone unremarked so far.

Or maybe it's just a case of mis-casting. They should have picked the taller girl to play the older one and not the other way around.

The taller one is the older one, I do believe. The younger one is short and smart and quick.

That was so mean how Sung-moon's mom and her lady side-kick were coming up with baby names in front of Soonie's dad. But it was hilarious when Soonie's dad said, "Don't forget about No-mang!" as a name after they left. LOL!

What does "No-mang" mean?

I think it's just a boy's name, something that ends with mang.

I felt bad for him being scolded by that nasty MIL. It was HER child who was the adulterer. How can she act so righteous?

...As if they're two adults having a kaffeeklatsch or something. I[t] was like this episode of the Simpsons in which Bart and Lisa are sitting around the kitchen table and he says to her, "So I says to [Mabel], I says . . . " It made me laugh. I JUST SAW THAT EPISODE!! I can't believe I missed it the first time around (or however many times they've shown it). TIVO is a wonderful thing... Just sharing. Bo

Isn't that hilariously absurd? Like the various times when Bart and/or Milhous have donned ladies' wigs (at the Knoxville World Fair, in the John Waters episode, etc.).

Oh, no, no, no, my FAVORITE Bart&Milhouse episode is when they discovered the bowdlerized Playguy (?) magazines and decided to have a real 1950s-style clubhouse--not understanding the whole girlie mag thing because Marge had cut out the photos. And then Homer told Bart about the birds & bees and traumatized the ENTIRE NEIGHBORHOOD. Good lord. Ring-a-ding-ding.
